★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal customer for 15 years. When I got into a non fault accident, the insurance company took care of everything. It was easy to process claims and connect with sales. This year I switched over to TD. Their discount packages got me a lower quote than Allstate.
I would think that allstate wouldve given me more incentive to stay after 15 years of loyalti - but not so I had to leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are still working from home, even though most pandemic restrictions are being lifted. I visited the office weekday afternoon but the front door was locked. Phone and e-mail don't get you anywhere. My adjuster still hasn't contacted me about my claim in over 4 weeks. 5 year policy is set to renew in May 2022 but I will be moving my insurance elsewhere
