★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible adjusters trying to scam you at every possible opportunity. My wife got into an accident and the car was totaled. They tried to lowball us on the settlement, had to send them proof of value, then they adjusted it up a little but not nearly enough. They try to cheat and scam anyway they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible adjustors and customer service. Premiums are fairly low, but that's because they don't pay out what they owe on a policy.
I cancelled my policy and moved my service to another insurer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Desjardins Auto Insurance. Recently experienced a car accident where we were hit by another party. Horrible customer service. They put the onus on us to prove that we were not at fault and were less than helpful throughout the entire process. Caused a lot of extra work and stress on our end. I would highly recommend going with another insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply Horrible - Worst Insurance company to deal with.
No concept of service 3rd week in and they have not been able to even get the damage eon my car appraised.
Do yourself a favour and pay a bit extra so that you get the service you expect when it comes to claim time. I am going to complain to the insurance ombudsman for sure once the claim is settled.
This company should not be allowed to operate in Canada. What a bunch of incompetent nincompoops !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems legitimate at first with reasonable rates. I got rear ended with 100% not at fault and now am stuck with a bill for 750$ of a hidden charge. No one in the company was able to give me a proper explanation or a legal description of the charge. Car is being held at the shop until I pay, total stalemate, asked to talk to the manager and was told that I will be contacted within 48 hours (apparently it takes 2 days to call a customer back). This office seems to be full of incompetent employees who lack education and training. Stay away from them as far as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That worst insurance company i never have a problem whit state farm for 32 years and when they switch for Desjardins for 4 year they involve me for any prove about my truck stolen and accidents and they take all my tool and they did pay for my truck I took my truck to scarp yard for donations for sick children.
