Intact Insurance

My suv is a total loss an it's only worth $80 full coverage for$500 a mouth if I could give 1/4 star i would I payed more for taxes 2 years ago don't trust no trust in them lost a good customer an I'll be fight it

LOL I just called the number I need assistance with some and I was not able to hear the agent due to her dog barking and believe it or not without any apologies she just simply hang up on me . What an agent I was not able to even get here name.

Kept me on hold for 45 minutes waiting for a commercial quote only for them to hang up when I call back the office was closed. Called at 5:15. If there is one thing I hate about insurance companies it when they keep you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time.

Great company, took care of me when I needed them. Paying for insurance kinda sucks as we all know, but at least they do thier job well when called upon. 5 stars

My broker is super lovely, however intact is just out to take your money. I moved to a smaller town, got a vehicle that wasn't considered a sport, I work from home have manged to put 2000k on my vehicle in a year and my insurance just went up 400 more for the year. I'm stuck with them for 10 years they say due to a minor bumper damage from an ice storm back on 2017. (They state if i go with anyone else that will cause i huge increase) No at fault accidents since 2003!! Don't do business with them...Zero reasoning why insurance continues to go up every year. So sick of the crooks of the world. It's getting uglier and uglier out there.

Wish I could rate this insurance company 0 stars. What a joke. Cancelled with this company over 3 months ago (Fee: $17.00) I understand there’s a cancellation fee, but also deducting a whole month of insurance when there’s no coverage for the time being as a “penalty.” Was that not enough? Save the headache. I was with this company for about a year and half and they constantly changed my monthly payment out of nowhere. Poor rates, poor service, all around disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend this insurance to anyone.

If you are looking for a reliable insurance company please do not waste your time with these people they do not take you seriously and they take their sweet time. They do things on their own time. I will be switching companies and hopefully this review helps the people who work there treat their customers with a little bit more care.

If I could Rate 0 I would!!! Car has been a repair shop for a month waiting for appraiser to approve quote from repair shop! What happened Wife driving home and a Deer hit the front of her car! A deer its simple straight forward!! A deer!! This is a new car 2021 Brand new with only two oil changes! And is sitting at the dealer where was purchased from waiting for This insurance company to say go ahead and repair! Claims Representative said no worry you are fully covered! was told this a month ago! and yet appraiser has contacted dealer and asked for info and pictures and still has not confirmed with dealer or repair shop please repair car under insurance!! so i am calling and emailing and nothing! They do not answer their phones or return emails!! We have full coverage and even replacement value if car is a right off! We have full comprehensive insurance on this car as it Brand new! If your looking for insurance Don't look here with Belair or Intact Insurance they will be nice and great to get you signed up with them then if you ever need them they Ghost you! If any one from Intact ever reads this Please read and look at your Company's statement to your customers before you contact me as I will take nothing less!! this is what it reads!! I quote from your web site!! We Listen to customers, understand their needs, offer the best solutions and deliver on our promises. We want to improve our commitment to them every day!!! that is on the Intact web site there words not mine!!! My next step to get answers and my car back is my MPP and then contacting CTV news for a nice story! I have done my home work on this as I have had a month to do so! And I promise you will get emails and calls everyday till this is taken care of! Thank for letting me do a review for all to read!!!
