★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I have finally made successful contact with a senior member of staff, Gary Abel, who has been profusely apologetic and has even gone as far to give me his personal cell phone number in an effort to get this matter resolved urgently. Unfortunate that it has come to this, but it has given me some hope that they do have people willing to help. Will update further following the closure of this matter.
Original: The level of unprofessionalism I have experienced with this company is truly appalling. I have been calling and leaving messages for one of their team members, Mr. Scavuzzo, over the course of the last 60 days with no successful returned communication to a matter that was to be closed by the end of January, as per their communication, and is still outstanding. I have recently been sending follow-up emails asking for a call. On the rare occasion I have connected with a human, rather than a switchboard, they have still transferred my call to Mr. Scavuzzo but as of today I see that he is no longer listed on the company website. The emails I have been sending are still being delivered so I assume this is a recent change, likely due to this behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with Daniela Fonseca one of the reckless liars at KMB law firm. If you have some money to throw away and get thrown under a moving train, she's the lawyer for this job.
Met with her in 2020, by 2021 she sided with her colleague in the same firm who was working for a criminal trying to collect money from me illegally. 5K+ later, little was done by her. If this is not what KMB firm is about, I hope they will reconsider her being on board.

This company gave me a deadline of March 21 2022 and I asked for the original contract.
Its now April and I have heard nothing, no response to my emails or calls.
I find it odd a law firm cannot provide information they should already have, especially when they threaten legal action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience dealing with SUKHMAN GREWAL and MARC TANNENBAUM was horrible.
As per my conversation on the phone on March 1 2022 SUKHMAN mentioned she would ONLY request a months time to respond to the opposing counsel as she is backlogged with work as she returned after a month from a surgery.
It was very clear on the conversation that SUKHMAN will not be working on the file till next month, still SUKHMAN billed me for $1200 for just 50 minutes of phone call. I would highly recommend not to hire SUKHMAN GREWAL.
I tried to reach to the founder of KMB law and other members at KMB Law, surprisingly instead of providing a solution they started billing me for the emails sent.
I had no other option but file a dispute of charge against SUKHMAN GREWAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers. They will work with other scammers to take the money of elderly, disabled seniors without a thought of morality. All they care about is getting paid and won’t take responsibility for their actions no matter how wrong it is. We had to file a formal complaint with the law society, and they also ignored my letter to them.
It’s just wrong what they have done. Several other lawyers have noted the wrong that KMB Law has done to us and to others.

I spoke with not one but 2 terrible people today! I hung up in tears and felt worse about my living situation!
Logged onto my bank accounts without permission! My entire phone call and experience with them was absolutely disgusting! & I will continue to post about how horrible these people were to speak with let alone being hung up on not once BUT twice!!! NO respect NO compassion nothing! AND THIS IS A LAW FIRM!! you think they would know how to speak respectfully! Didn’t even want to rate them one star as they deserve NONE!
