★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female manager (works during the day) redefines the term hypocrisy. They don't help people and find the smallest excuse to turn one down , for example she was asking for 2 ids and saying a study permit is acceptable? It doesn't have a photo so how is it acceptable? Other places also don't do what she did when it came to the loans, she literally changes a date then says no sorry can't change it 4 more days cause it's manipulation. UM you just changed my pay through what I said verbally. Worst cash money I've been to , makes me remember why I stay far away from.these guys as much as possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best customer service experience for myself. On several occasions I have waited inside and was not attended to nor acknowledged even when there were no other customers inside. The service reps there get too busy with their paperwork or task at hand and does not prioritize the customers who are in front of them. This has happened to me on both of my last two visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Was there today with my girlfriend at Yonge&Finsh location to pick up funds via western union at around 11 am. There was only one customer rep Kim and she told us we need 2 pieces of ID to do so. It was the first time I heard that you need to have two pieces of ID even though I’ve been using WU for 4 years.
1. On canadian western union web site says 1 piece of ID and MTCN number
2. I was literally just 1 week ago at the same location to pick up similar amount for myself and had only 1 piece of id with me and had 0 issues with that.
So Kim did not even let me finish explaining that and seemed very angry. So we had to return back home for 2nd piece of ID and come back again.
Please teach your employees accordingly so they know the rules or if there is actually a new one - please update website accordingly in a timely manner

I recommend them all the time. Without any hesitation
They know every aspect of the job. Are very professional. I find Cash Money is very easy to deal with online. Their web page is very user friendly. I give as s rating 10 stars.

Everything went so smooth and fast with Kim and in no time,I was leaving with money!
The manager was very pleasant too coming over to greet me.
I am definately recommending this office to anyone.Thank you Cash Money! you made my day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving a 1 star rating because 0 is not an option. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I am guessing employees are not aware of the policies and procedures surrounding the work. I called in to inquire about cheques cashed by someone else and she was asking unnecessary questions that were irrelevant to the situation. She mentioned she would give me a call back but has not. I would suggest trying another company before coming here as they do not carefully examine or even know the work they do -- perhaps they are okay with processing fraudulent transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just talked with some cash money representatives Colin and Cynthia from head office over the phone about to waive my first NSF fee. They were rude, unprofessional, and threatened me. Totally wasted my time. They told me all the time that they will waive my NSF fee but now they are refusing it. Already charged from my account and not refunding that they promised. Worst customer service. These two customer service representatives - Colin and Cynthia are the worst. Don’t know how to treat a customer.
