β β β β β Today Dec14t 2019, at 2:20pm, I called to the branch to make sure if they have US $ . The person who picked up the phone was rude to me from the first word ! Absolutely disrespectful and miserable tone of speaking made me change my mind to use their service!!!

β β β β β Called around when looking to exchange Chilean pesos and this location had the lowest exchange rate. Transaction was quick and easy. 10% deposit required and they call when your order is ready for pick up.

β β β β β They didn't honor their rates, gave me less even though I checked their own website in the parking lot before I went in. They said the rate changes all the time. Yeah the rate changed in 30 seconds. Scam to keep a little more money.

β β β β β I went on Dec. 14th And it was the best EUR (to CAD) rate, compare to others from the same avenue.
I called before and when I arrived on site the rate was still quite the same.
Just make sure to count the money well (before giving yours and after receiving theirs) and do not trust eyes blinded the amount. There was a small mistake in my case but I was able to tell the woman immediately (missing one hundred CAD) and she corrected it immediately. So, no issues.
