★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutly terrible. The first day when I applied the woman phoned my place of work stating it was cash money to ask if I had a job and/or were to be terminated any time soon. After specifically telling me she would state she was a bank calling. Then I pay off my loan and have to wait a month after multiple inquiries to get my money back from over paying. After I get my money back I get an alert that they have opened a new loan under my name. I did not ask for a new loan, nor agree to a new one. Besides actually having the money in a time of need I will never go back to Cash Money. Also.. They say they take cheques. They don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As my first time and very apprehensive. I made to feel very comfortable and was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner by everyone.
My only negative comment is the total lack of privacy, with every one else waiting, and being able to hear all your business.
Luckily for me there were not to many and they came and went quicly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here over an hour and a half to cash a bank draft. I had to call TD myself to "verify" it, because they were on hold with them for over 1 hour. Once I called TD, they picked up instantly, and confirmed within 5 minutes. To top it off, this was not a large backdraft.. $250.. and almost took 2 hours to cash. Staff needs better training..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company and amazing offers!! It would be nice however; if the staff were a little more knowledgeable about the terms of their loans and calculating monthly interest. I also feel that 30 mins is too long to wait to be served, and perhaps there should ALWAYS be more than one person working...even on Sundays!! Other than that, I highly recommend Cash Money to anyone wanting affordable, hassle free loans! :)
