Recently, my computer was compromised and I was scammed for a great deal of money. I spoke to Mike at cartridge World about what had happened to me and he spent time with me to try and resolve the problem I had encountered. This was not his problem, yet he and his team spent the time and energy to help me with my unfortunate experience in a very professional and efficient way. They really didn't have to get involved, but they offered their help and expertise to guide me through this problematic situation I faced. I can not say enough about the sincere, helpful service they provided me. They proved to me that their small company possesses a great deal of integrity and care very much for their customers. Thank you Mike, Rory and James. I have become your biggest fan!

We had software printer issues, he came in and took care of it with efficiency and professionalism. We had a good chat about service vs cost and hands down Great Service outweighs the cost because problem solving quickly is huge when running a business. James also came out right away to exchange for another printer without hesitation. Because we needed a new printer with a CD for installation and James came through with one for us. Once again hats off to Rory, James, Mike and the rest of the team. Thank you for your awesome service!!!

G	G Kerr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody in the store has been fantastic in their cheerfulness and willingness to help me make the most of older equipment until I get the chance to start with fresh and new again. They are very adept at serving their customer base. While a steady stream of their regulars come in and out, they still manage to teach me how to make the most of my outdated equipment and it's always priced well too. After some difficult times with my health and subsequently finances over the past couple of years, I've really appreciated their dedication to people regardless of their circumstances. It is very apparent as I observe them work hard. I enjoy feeling included by them with each and every technical glitch that comes up with my outdated printer/scanner/copier and they're extremely reasonable in what they charge. As my situation improves I look forward and am excited to one day purchase new from them.

I recently had to have someone come to the house to fix a printer sync problem. Rory, who arrived wearing a mask and keeping appropriate distance, was polite knowledgable and fixed the problem. The cost of this service was reasonable and they even made a follow up phone call to ensure I was satisfied. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I believe he's either the owner or manager, but he's very rude and condescending, could certainly take some customer service classes. I don't normally write reviews, but have had too many bad experiences with this place for it to just be my bad luck or coincidences. Cartridges barely last 5 pages (and I'm only printing light text, not images!). Most of the cartridges picked up from this place barely last a week of light printing, yet new cartridges bought from Staples perform perfectly fine in the same printer?!?! I'm convinced they either don't refill cartridges fully, or even throw in used cartridges that barely have 5 pages of life left in them. Seems like their game is to give you a couple of cartridges that might work well, offset by others that just barely have enough ink in them to print a couple of pages, hoping you just shrug off the bad ones as bad luck. And if you try to say anything, you'll just get condescending lectures that you're probably printing pages with too many graphics, too much coverage, other variables that impact the yield you'll get, that you should switch to a new and better printer that they can conveniently recommend and sell to you, etc, etc. Save your money, you might think you're saving some $ in the short run, but long run this place will definitely end up costing you more!! More than 50% of the cartridges they sell turn out to be duds! Save your money and avoid this place!!
