J	J C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the store from LADYSMITH and asked them if they had a specific coat and size since Carters in Nanaimo (which is closer) did not have it. We were happy to find that they did and were willing to hold it for us until closing on Sunday. We drove to Victoria ONE WEEK earlier than planned just to get the jacket from them (one and a half hour drive) . We arrived around 3 pm .. before closing - asked for the jacket - gave them the name - the girl at the front said "yes its at the front I know the one your talking about" when she went to pull it out it was gone. The woman was confused as to where it was as she seen the jacket earleir that day.Than some other woman from the back showed up and said she knew which jacket it was but it was a size 6 jacket on a 8 hanger (we needed size 8) she never once said she put it back so why was it still not in the closet behind the till?? She had NO idea what size we were looking for since the hold just said my name and number. We drove 1 and a half hours for NOTHING! She was not willing to order us a new one in the size we needed , would not ship it from a new store, instead she offered us 20% off anything in store (which we needed nothing but the jacket) , she also suggested we order one on line (and pay shipping AND not get the door crasher pricing). At NO time did she admit that SHE took it out and sold it which is what obviously happened as The jacket was in the closet earlier THAT DAY ... instead she made some BS excuse up. So happy we drove 1 and a half hours all for nothing. NEVER shopping at this location again ... very unprofessional and could care less about it.

When I went to return cause we received 2 of them, it was still full price and in exchange I needed to purchase 2 gift cards for gifts. I was told I couldn’t buy gift cards, that I had to spend it on items. I don’t need any items, I needed to mail gift cards. I was then told “why don’t I keep the item and sell it myself second hand”. This store is terrible, wouldn’t let me purchase a gift card with my return. Not good customer service at all!! Don’t shop here. They will find anyway to rip you off. The item was full price in their system but she said oh it just went on sale and instead of $45 I was only allowed to exchange $29. Con artists. I recommend you don’t shop here.
L	Lindsay La Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place for kids clothing, however I am incredibly disappointed that they choose to close their doors at 6pm - the only store in the entire mall that is closed in the weeks leading up to Christmas. I've attempted to get my shopping done after work during the week a few times and every time this store is closed. Last week I tried again, 4 people walked up to the door and turned around, makes no sense when the rest of the mall is open until 9.

Employees are nice as well. I don’t remember the girl name who works there on Thursdays but she is really nice and helpful.
