★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get that it is covid and only two people in the store at a time but greeting customers who are wearing a mask, standing back from the store with a "what do you want" is poor customer service. I just asked if I could come in to look at running shoes and the clerk looked like I asked if I could rob the store. I left. But the first thing out of your mouth should not be "what do you want." I don't want to give you my business.
PS Save yourself the hassle and get better selection elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, efficient and thorough. I first attended SportChek and, as per usual, was ignored the entire time I was there and I needed a pair of runners asap. From the moment I walked through the door and until I left, service was topnotch and I left with a nice pair of Saucony's that I can utilize for my workout today. Thanks Frontrunners! My new go-to in the West Shore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding staff! Highly knowledgeable and friendly. Went there to get fitted for shoes for a half marathon and the staff was super helpful and found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at Front Runners for years and after today I will not return. The girl that unlocked the door for me today very rudely told me that in order to enter the store my mask (which had fallen a bit) had to be fully covering my face. I have absolutely no problem with that but she could clearly see that I am an amputee and that I had my hands full. Again I am not an anti masker but the way this employee ordered me to pull my mask up was very disheartening. Be polite and courteous and understanding when someone with a disability has his/her hands full.
