J'ai fait le tour des carrossiers SHY qui ont pignon sur rue: Fix auto: $2300+tx, Lamoureux:$1200+tx et ici chez Carstar: $780 Tx incluses...pour la même job. M. St-Louis et son équipe ont dépassé le service attendu en faisant petite retouche sur le bas de portière et ce sans frais. Victime à nouveau d'une aile enfoncée, je n'ai pas perdu de temps à magasiner un carrossier, sachant que mon pickup serait traité aux petits oignons chez Carstar. À nouveau, l'équipe s'est surpassée en me livrant mon truck dans la semaine de construction alors que tout le monde est fermé. Comme un bon médecin, on m'a signalé des anomalies préventives sur ma carrosserie. Mr St-Louis a travaillé jusqu'aux petites heures du matin pour livrer la marchandise. Mes exigences étaient élevées et elles ont toutes été répondues, même que je souhaitais obtenir un pickup comme courtoisie et je l'ai obtenu. Personne ne souhaite développer une relation d'affaire avec un carrossier LOL!, mais si votre véhicule a besoin de faire peau neuve, c'est l'endroit où aller! Merci à toute l'équipe :) A few years ago, my little neighbor did a pro scratch with his bike on the wing and door of my Avalanche. I went around the SHY bodybuilders who are well established: Auto Fix: $ 2300 + tx, Lamoureux: $ 1200 + tx and here at Carstar: $ 780 Tx included ... for the same job. Mr. St-Louis and his team exceeded the expected service by making a small touch-up on the door sill at no cost. Once again the victim of a sunken fender, I wasted no time shopping for a bodybuilder, knowing that my pickup would be treated lightly at Carstar. Once again, the team went above and beyond by delivering my truck to me within the week of construction while everyone was closed. Like a good doctor, I have been notified of preventive anomalies on my bodywork. Mr. St-Louis worked until the wee hours of the morning to deliver the goods. My demands were high and they were all met, even I wanted a pickup as a courtesy and got it. No one wants to develop a business relationship with a LOL! Bodybuilder, but if your vehicle needs a facelift, this is the place to go! Thanks to the whole team :)

Submission software problem when I called. Submission the next day according to the statements. Nothing. No call, no email. Rotten service.
