I started off with the dietary team as my high school job, moved to the wellness team as a PSW when I graduated from college, and now I am the office manager. Carolina Retirement Residence gives you the chance to grow within the community! The team members and managers all have a passion for seniors, and it shows in the level of service each and everyone provides.

The meal menu has been nutrious, varied and just delicious. My parents' transition has been fantastic . The entire staff from the leadership to the support has been consistently exemplary in every regard.

The Staff, the facilities, the environment was perfect for his recovery. More importantly, he LOVED everything! He fit in very quickly and was soon making use of the library, enjoying the activities, enjoying the fabulous support from the amazing People and meeting many new friends. The available exercise classes helped him get back on his feet and mobile in no time at all. His attitude and overall health improved tremendously. Thank You to all the wonderful people at Carolina!!

The residence is nicely laid out and offers a good range of accommodation options and services. It is obvious the leadership under General Manager Rick Luneburg and various staff of Carolina are in their proper profession. The paramount objective for them is to provide dedicated and caring services all day and every day. Everyone at Carolina goes out of their way to ensure that residents are safe and well cared for whatever their personal situation demands. They are quick to provide help even when outside their scope of responsibility. All staff at Carolina are there because of and for its residents' well-being. I know choosing Carolina was the right choice when my mother continuously tells me "I love it here. It has everything I need or want. This is my home now and I'm so happy to be here." That's called peace of mind.

Over the years despite change, Carolina has remained a fabulous home for many seniors and a place of employment for many team members of all ages and career paths. At Carolina every team member is honoured to have the opportunity to serve our residents in their home. Team members are engaged everyday enriching the lives of the residents who call Carolina home.
