★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small door wedged between two St Laurent stores belies the wonder that awaits up the flight of carpeted stairs ahead. Passing by on the street you would never guess the elegant and relaxed setting with an eclectic sophisticatedly casual atmosphere that lies within. This is a true find and an absolute surprise the first time you explore within. The fare is simple yet refined and executed superbly making any visit an indulgent absolute joy.
The afternoon tea paired with Cardinal's signature tea is a personal favorite but the menu deserves exploration with so many amazing choices that you can hardly go wrong. The staff were super friendly and helpful, with an impressive knowledge adding to the overall experience. Looking forward to going back soon.

Food and waiter were very subpar.
All food that came with the afternoon tea set were not good. Cups had stain and cracks.
This place is good for pics and ambiance; the rest was really meh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a very nice ambience and great staff. Super friendly. Good for instagram pictures if you are up to it. However, I dont recommend the brunch. It was meh, tea wasnot on point, pastries were cold. I guess I will give it another try but with different menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavender Earl Grey and Oolong were very nice, but the selection was pretty disappointing for a tea room. Afternoon tea for two was alright, but not great. Service wasn't particularly attentive, didn't even refill our water. Decor was very pretty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely cute aesthetic and the afternoon tea was so good. It looks on the smaller side, but it’s definitely a satisfying portion! Quality of the food and tea were great. Afternoon tea for two is $50, which is a very reasonable price. Waitresses were also very kind. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been meaning to go to a tea room for a while and found this one had a good reputation we were not disappointed it was a very good experience for me and my family. The food, the service and the ambiance were all excellent.
You can make reservations despite what their website says we arrived without one but luckily we arrived early and they accommodated us without issue.
