โ โ โ โ โ I went there twice for a simple repair. They didn't charge me the first time, the second time I offered to pay but still they didn't charge me. They were fast and accommodating. I recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ We took our new BMW for ransmission oil change. Oil leaked twice and caused problems withour transmission. Fred isnโt even in town to fix his costly mistake. Damage to our problem-free car part. Definitely avoid this place!

โ โ โ โ โ Destroyed our transmission. Avoid at all costs! We bought our BMW X5 4 months ago from a certified dealership, with all diagnostic test completed. We took our car to Cardan for a simple oil change. When we got it back, it leaked visibly dripping oil and created a huge puddle in 10mins. We immediately took it back to Cardan, where they โfixedโ it again. A week later we realized it was still leaking (less rapidly this time) and our car wasnโt able to accelerate properly anymore. The transmission light is on and our car is undrivable. Possibly messed up a completely healthy car part due to the oil mistake. The owner of Cardan is out of town for a month (vacationing in Iran), as he often is. Save yourself all this trouble and take your car literally anywhere else!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service provided by the mechanics. They will not cheat you and will even educate you on what went wrong and why. My dad and I take our Smart Cars here for servicing. Never going to the dealership for service again.

โ โ โ โ โ I should say it was a rather disappointing experience. I waited a day or two to get an appointment and finally when I did and made an hour trip to the shop I was treated very badly. A gentleman working there yelled at me twice accusing me if being in a hurry while no one told me where to park or what to do. And after he realized it was his mistake he did not apologize make amends or anything. Instead arrogantly tried to ignore me. I made such along trip passing a couple of Canadian tier auto service along the way just to get there and get offended. They called me to go and they did not even have the air filter for my car. This is not a big deal but U expected them to be prepared when they call me. I am glad that hopefully I do not have to go back there for a while at least. Until I find a proper store
