★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the service has been great. it is early days with the system but so far so good. The sales representative Darcy did a good job of explaining the options and services. We have used the alert and camera to see a friend who stopped by. Still waiting for our doorbell camera installation. Looking forward to working system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. After cancelling my credit card due to fraudulent charges, they processed it and it came back declined… boom, and extra $25.00 added to my bill. No courtesy to ask for a different card like every other company.
The smoke detector has gone off due to cooks in training and never once have I received a call about that. The flood sensor has been disabled due to low battery for over a year, and even though I’ve brought it up to them, they offer absolutely no solution.
This on top of being contacted after my alarm had been screeching with my dogs stuck inside the house for over 17 minutes before they contacted me.
Every issue has required a manager to contact me and I have yet to have that actually happen.
Even though they are in violation of providing me security as paid for, it is me who is on the hook for fighting my way out of their contract. Insane! Stressful! The thieves will get away before I even know they are here! And somehow they still get my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just signed up for Capitol Security to monitor and protect our home. We've received nothing but courteous and pleasant service, and follow up, to date. Thank you to Tanner who set up the equipment very efficiently and answered all of our questions. There were no set up fees to replace our old equipment and the monthly fee is very competitive. Our previous provider was based in the U,S, and after a couple of years into our contract seemed to lose all interest in our business. We later discovered that they no longer had representatives or service people in Canada. We are relieved that we are dealing with a Canadian Company, with offices and service across the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an alarm with Fluent for 5 years. Ryan from Capitol knocked on my door, upgraded my system and added cameras for the same I was paying Fluent. Technicians were very through, know what they're doing. Have needed one service call since signing up, their customer service team was really quick to respond, had them out within 24 hours, highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast installation and setup. Customer service was really great! I had issues with my login and Lori was really on top of it and made sure the issue was resolved. The security system i have now is better compared to what i had before(they added a garage door opener and doorbell cam) for the same cheap price. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were originally with Nox security, then they sold out to Securtek. When Capitol Security came around, they were very deceptive and misleading trying to sign us up before I finally asked if they were connected to Securtek. They finally explained they weren't with Securtek but knew we were with them and signed us up. They assured us it was a monthly contract and then I noticed later on that the contract they had us sign was for 5 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted by a representative of Capital Security and had made the initial decision to switch to them but encountered some delays in installation so after the 30days I sent a registered letter to cancel. The Company held up their cancelation policy. A little later I was contacted by Keith Burdylo to inquire if there was anything that could be done to make it right. He set me up with technician Nikola who absolutely professional, efficient and patient. The installation was a smooth process and the attention to details as well as concern that I was happy and understood the system was spot on! I received a follow up call from Capital to check on how things are going and if I had any questions. So far so good!!
