★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They get 1 star because you can't rate none. A young lady refused my request to kindly leave my doorstep 3 times. Last year a man refused to tell me his name and became belligerent when I would not show him my utility bill. I have only ever closed my door on people twice in my life. Both were with just energy. It is a scam. Don't fall for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a scamy garbage company, they promise you lower rates but they are LYING. Also good luck getting a hold of the customer service department, but if you call the accounting department you get some right away. That speaks volumes about where their priorities lie. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. The only reason they have even one star is because google wont let you review with no stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a young couple at my door today. She did all the talking and he stayed at the bottom of the steps. I repeatedly told her I was happy with my current provider and was not interested. She was persistent, almost to the point of being rude. Now having looked at the reviews online I am happy that I was able to finally end this encounter before giving her any further information. A suggestion for hiring staff, perhaps have them not wearing shorts or jeans when soliciting business on behalf of a "professional" energy company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is pathetic. They came to my door and lied to my face saying they were apart of epcore and my rates and everything wouldn't change. Well soon did I find out that's a lie. After a couple months of getting charged way more than I was I decided to cancel where I talk to a "manager" saying that I would have to pay 1100$ in cancelation fees. But after a long conversation he decided to wave any fees. Come to find out that was also a lie , they didn't wave any fees and failed to provide me with this information and about two years later turns to find out that I'm getting harassed by a collection agency. I then decide to try and contact just energy again but conveniently there's no manager available to talk to me after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes . Then I "lose connection " with the representative . I've don't think I ever have dealt with a company like this before. It's ridiculous that a company can do this, I can only imagine how many other people they have done this too. Anyone who works for this company should be embarrassed about how they treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the orientation to work here. And personally I am big on knowing the product, or mission front to back , especially if it's a sales position. So i looked into a few things on my own to back up the sales pitch and ended up catching onto their scam on the 2nd day. The 3rd day, when I asked to talk to the boss directly to get clarification on some thing's and show him what didn't add up.. I GOT FIRED! Too bad they seemed like okay people ... But they are all well aware of the business they r hustling...the seniors anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT!!!!! And I mean do not sign with just energy. I called to have my services moved , I asked the agent what do I owe down to the penny she gave me the amount and I paid it... After a few weeks I get a bill from them saying I owe money, I told them to go listen to my call with the agent,I asked all the right questions and confirmed many times in this call that after payment there's no other charges coming and the agent said yes yes yes. They started a ticket to listen to the call and have a supervisor call me ..... Now I get an email from collections saying just energy sent my file to them. Not only did I pay what's owed now they've ruined my credit by falsely sending me to collections. Absolutely not paying something I don't owe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous. Used this company at a rental over 5 years ago. Apparently they sent out a letter a year ago stating I owed them 12$ (to that address) which I never got for obvious reasons. I have the same phone number and never was contacted. They then sent TWELVE DOLLARS to collections.
