★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products but the guy working behind the counter always tries to overcharge me one time I paid 40$ for a small bottle of vape juice ever since then I catch him trying to scam me. He always rings stuff through the till way over the price. Not cool.

Undeniably the friendliest staff and ownership.
Store layout is incredible with exceptional humidors and perfect Relative Humidity in each cabinet. Selection is fantastic with quality cigars by all the makers. There are also some surprisingly great values there as well.
I will never purchase from the other stores in Edmonton after going to Capital Vape . Honestly, the other stores need to learn some customer service!

The guy with the curls at the counter knows his stuff, is so chill and helpful everytime I go in to shop! Great store and awesome stock! I docked off a star is because of their “front door of death”. The door is so hard to open and hard on my wrists. It’s also difficult to prop open to leave and closes way to dangerously hard and fast. The other day, it sprung hard into my foot and hurt me. If not for my strategically placed sandal straps, I would have a bad gash. ? I would honestly shop there more comfortably if not for that door.lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a cigar for a special event. Have a bit of experience with cigars but not too much. Dealt with the owner, I believe his name is Mike. This guy is incredible really knows his stuff. I explained what I was after and he even offered me a free sample or two which I thought was very gracious of him. I listened to his advice and took the cigar of his choice and really enjoyed it. Also had a friend with me who was looking for a specific type of Vape which I can’t comment on too much because I’m not too familiar with vapes as well, However we have both been back due to the expertise of Mike. They are conveniently located right next to Safeway. Will continue to support this locally owned business.

Staff are great.
