β β β β β Wow we were so impressed with Capital Home Staging. Being Realtors ourselves we know the value of staging. Kim and Emil and their attention to details brought staging our home to a whole new level. They made the whole process very easy; they personally took care of all of the staging and logistic, dropping off and picking up the furniture and accessories. Like many people who live in their home every day we become used to our space. Kim and Emil were able to look at our home with a fresh set of eyes bringing out many of the forgotten features that our home had to offer. Not only did Kim and Emil give us great advice but they were able to access an inventory of furniture and accent piece to accentuate many of the rooms in our home. With their help we were able to generate 3 offers in a minimum amount of time, and sold our home for top dollar. We were so impressed with their skills that we hired them to help us with our new home as well. We would absolutely recommend Capital Home Staging and their team to anyone looking for help staging their home who want to generate maximum interest to potential Buyers, the cost will more than pay for themselves.

She prepared a very well organized report complete with a checklist. We followed her advice, the house came out looking great and sold way above asking. The process was incredibly easy- they took care of everything and we did not have to worry about a thing. Their attention to detail and customizing the decor to suit the space was spot on. They advised us how to prepare our home for staging, assessed what they could use from our own furnishings and added additional furnishings and accessories to present our home at its best to potential buyers.
