I realized while doing business with them, they tried to use whatever shameful tactics to take more money from your pocket. Hope I am wrong but want to tell people to be extra cautious when doing business with them!!!

Never sign a lease with the properties group unless you intend to pay to repair the damage they make to their own property.

The contractors that they used to do a repair caused by a leak in the apartment above me were so nice efficient. The property manager Linda is very friendly and really nice to deal with. Thank you!

We noticed some front steps could use updating and out of concern for my elderly parent, they had their contractor over within an hour to decide on a new design. The steps, and other elements were tended to in only a few days. Linda is experienced, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them.

Our application was denied and initially were informed it was because we had a newborn, who they anticipated would cause noise complaints. When we pushed to understand this reasoning better, they then denied this was the reason and blamed our current landlord's review. We know our current landlord very well and did not receive a bad review.
