Not even worth a star. HORRIBLE GROUP, i informed them that I sold my condo and to cancel my PAP with more than enough notice. I was ASSURED that no payment would come out but these THIEVES didnt cancel my PAP, and stole money out of my account. When I contacted them regarding this, they told me a refund was coming.... LIES its been a month and i still didnt get my money and now NOBODY is returning my emails or calls.Ive contacted a collections agency today.

I had the chance to work on a renovation project following a disaster with the manager Mrs. Marples of the company CMG. The collaboration with Mrs. Marples was very easy, she was very proactive and professional. For the past 10 years or so Monika has taken care of our condo corp. and she has been nothing short of excellent. She knows her business inside and out. Whether it's handling bad tenants, legal items, construction and repair work, or budgeting, she has always handled matters efficiently, professionally, and in the best interests of the stakeholders. Sadly, we have just been notified that she will be moving on from our corp. We wish her all the best in her new assignment. And we thank her for all her diligence and fine work over the years.

CMG has been nothing but a nightmare for us homeowners in Half Moon Bay West. The lack of property maintenance has been embarrassing since we've moved in. We are paying high condo fees towards lackluster services and have had enough. As someone who is 31 weeks pregnant, my safety has been jeopardized by the insufficient snow removal on our walkways and have not received any support from our CMG rep to remedy the situation. Really disappointing.

Our condo has been very well managed by CMG for about 7 years now. Continuous improvement in services and attentiveness peaked when Gerry Bourdeau started as our PM. Gerry's commitment, hard work, savings on contracts, value added, problem solving ability gave the board a much needed help to divert their attention to the core function of serving the owners well. There will always be few people who continuously want things their way, forgetting the fact about condo living has its own criteria! We are grateful for the services, help and cooperation we are getting from Gerry, his team backed by CMG organization.

Our PM Gerry Bourdeau has been amazing! Recently we had an accident of water leaking on out unit, of course I was so shocked and anxious as first time. Gerry organized the different teams to work on the unit in a timely manner and keep me posted on everything. He is also very approachable whenever I have questions. I will absolutely not be able to manage this without his professionalism and leadership.

They treat owners not nice, they give owners incorrect or misleading information. They hired their own people and claimed they got the lowest bit, owners are paying top dollars to those people, who most times don't even know what they are doing and even cause damaged for which they are not responsible. I believe that condo owners need to educate themselves about their rights and fight back. This company does not keep all records as prescribed by the condominium act, and when owners want to access these records ( which owners are entitled by law to have access to any document related to the financial state of the corporation)then the company and managers like Tammy Zollinger makes up stories, to avoid providing the documents to owners. My rating is 0
