I found his videos to be very informative, providing the details I was looking for and done by a person who loves and knows the area very well. Since I was looking for a realtor in the area I decided to contact Peter in person. I really enjoyed the way Peter and his team do their business. They responded very quickly, answered all of my questions, provided very useful tools to track the historical and current listings. What's most important, Peter has always been very professional, never pushing on us but letting us decide what works best for us. We came to Ottawa for a weekend trip, met with Peter and he helped us plan a route to visit the neighbourhoods we would be most interested in. His advice was very relevant and saved us a lot of time. I would definitely recommend Peter as a Top Ottawa Real Estate Agent!

Moving from outside of the city was actually quite scary, but his Living in Ottawa series on YouTube was such a massive wealth of information and made us feel much more confident. We met on Zoom and went over the city, the entire process, any questions that we had, etc. Once we arrived in Ottawa the entire process was incredible, with Peter knowing all of the areas in depth along with what to look for in properties. His experience in the market and home construction of the time periods is invaluable, you feel extremely confident in what you are viewing and he pointed out so many things to us in many houses that we would have missed. We went through a ton of viewings in a very short period of time, and not once will you ever get pushed to make a sale, as Peter wants to make sure that you are truly happy with the home you purchase. I honestly don't think that we would have got the house we wanted if we had gone with another agent. Not once did he rush things and he spent so much of his time during the entire process. Honestly we're talking about absolute dedication to help you find the home you are looking for.
