★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for almost 15 years. I keep driving older vehicles, and they keep them running. They've never done more than was needed, and have always tried to fit me in around their very busy schedule. They are probably the busiest shop in Hope, and it's for a reason. They are great people and they do great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from Vancouver Island, arrived at our Campsite in hope, and our tow vehicle clutch failed. We phoned from hope to abbotsford trying to find a repair shop. Canyon Automotive as busy as they were managed to get us in. We kept our ferry reservations home. The owner and staff were great, would recommend them to anybody !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 3 stars because the work they do is good. My issue was they do not follow the auto service guide on time it takes to get a job completed. When I questioned it the manager was kind enough to show me on the procedure, however, he was frustrated that I questioned his timing on getting the job completed with what the book said. This in itself breaks a trust level and will look at other great auto facilities in town.
