★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just relocated to the area I had to visit this clinic for the first time for the saddest of all possible reasons, because my beloved 14-year old dog was dying. Not a vet visit anyone wants to make, but the extraordinary kind, compassionate support I received from Dr. Whitehead was beyond compare. She took so much time to explain what was happening to me and gave me all the space I needed to say my goodbyes. I will be forever grateful. And I will be back with my new pup once he arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this Covid I couldn't go in with my dog . I sat in the truck and waited . She came out and gave me some bad news as gently as she could. And went back in to do an ultra sound. Soon as she finished she came right out to my truck to talk with me while I cried . She was so nice , compassionate and thoughtful. She spent the time standing on the street in the cold to help me understand the situation. I'm so appreciate all their kindness. 100% recommend this place .

Very impressive service.
My dog was attacked by another dog while hiking near Hope, Dr. Waddington had a busy day booked and she was still able to accomodate me and check out my dog.
Very happy with the service, speed and price.
I would highly recommend seeing this vet for your furry friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost a customer over the mask sign. Drive into town to get groceries and our dogs medication. Grocery store no patronizing sign, walk over to the vet and it says I’m not appreciated unless I wear a mask… but I’m not sick so I don’t carry a mask around. … looking for new vet. Stating facts not complaining as stated again it’s their right to put up patronizing signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff!. I'm forever grateful they made time to squeeze us in on a busy day in-between appointments. Even though it was for a sad reason, I'm grateful I didn't have to prolong my girls suffering over a long weekend. Thank you.
