Reliable Tire Service Brand - Kal Tire We got a tire rotated in other Kal Tire & out tires were not balanced properly. We realized it on highway, while driving on highway speed going on Road Trip. We pulled in to Kal Tire in Hope ( Without any appointment). The Service Rep had a look and without any much questions. Service us took our car in and advised 1 hour car should be ready to go. With in 30 mins. The car was ready to go !!! It was balancing issue - Mistakes happen ( Kal Tire in Hope has made Kal Tire’s brand more trustworthy in service ) Way to go. Good service ? Awesome company, but more importantly better people. Durning the initial Atmospheric BC Rain Storm of 2021, I blew out my tire (side wall) on my way back home on Hwy 3. The team at Kal Tire did everything they could to get my X5 up and running as quickly as possible. I was stuck in Hope, BC for over 72 hours with very little ability to move as the Highways were shut down to and from the city. Of course we couldn't bring in a tire from Metro Vancouver and my X5 has very uncommon tires due to the wide 20" rims. The staff and owners made sure my wife and I had everything we required and even went beyond the call of duty to bring out an extension cord, so at least I could work on my laptop to pass the time. Not only did it help pass the time, I was able to close two sales which they enable me to do. Couldn't be more happy with Kal Tire. I drive through Hope, BC very often, so all my future business will be done at this Kal Tire.

On New Years Eve 2021 the Team at Kal Tire pulled out all stops to help my brother who had blown out two tires on the highway via the various pot holes experienced during that period with all the heavy rainfall. While my brother was busy calling a tow truck and trying to get himself and his car off the highway I took the opportunity to call in to their staff form the lower mainland. We were concerned his low profile tires would not be in stock and that it being New Years Eve they would not be able to help him/be fully booked. He would either be stranded or we would be making a long trek to help get him home and then back once the holiday was over, which would also render him having now means of transport. The team assured me that they would do all they could to help but due to the circumstances and the amount of people in the same situation it wasn't looking good. My brother arrived to their facility eventually and was told that they had replacements on the way from Chilliwack and that they would do all the could to get him on the road for home on NYE! I am sure the staff at their branch all had families and plans to get to that evening so the fact that they did not just say sorry you are out of luck and got him back on the road safely home is above and beyond! Thank you to the entire team and management at Kal Tire Hope. You all are something special and I hope nothing but good comes your way!

We were on our way from Kelowna to Vancouver and got a flat tire on the highway just outside of Hope. Brought the tire in to see if it could be repaired quickly. The lady that helped us was very nice and said she would call us when it was ready. It took no more than half an hour. Quick and quite reasonably priced. Very impressed with their service!!!

This KAL Tire is great. We found that we had a deck screw imbedded in one of our tires. We had to get the tired registered before going over the Rockies. The staff was very professional in getting us on the road again.

I needed some break work done on very short notice during a winter snow storm. Without hesitation, Cathy and her crew took me on and got me an appointment, even though they were booked solid. The work was quick and very inexpensive. If you want it done right, go to Kal tire. They do so much more than just tires. Thank you so much!
