This week it had a normal wear and tear issue for it's age (but i couldn't drive it). Graham and his team got it into the shop immediately and went above and beyond to make sure i had a vehicle while they fixed it! As a nurse needing to get to work i was beyond thankful!

S	Susan s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like certain other reviews on here, I will agree the service was not on par with many other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. One particular "women" in service gave some attitude, was not polite or respectful at times. I cannot speak about the entire dealership but will say that the sales guys were very polite. Other dodge dealerships have an entire team that are respectful, accommodating and service driven...they get top reviews.... and why? Best part of this bad experience, as I had the tires rotated, the next day the dash display was showing that the tire pressure were not balance to spec...unprofessional, breach of code and compromising safety!! Thank you Fernie Chrysler :(

Was charged $100.00 for a 5 minute job after just spending 70k. Also did not tighten oil filter on our other vehicle leaving my driveway full of oil. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Can’t say enough about how easy they made it for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. While searching for a truck I contacted a lot of different places and found a lot of them to be pretty uninterested in my needs. That did not happen here. Great job. Thank you..
