The salad was OK but the lasagna was probably the worst meal we have had and it is one of our favourite BP meals. We are not actually sure what it was but it wasn't BP's normal lasagna and even the accompanying bread was dry and tasteless. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this option.
W	Wayne Maston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here on the way home from a hockey tournament. Service was very quick and accommodating. The food was served fresh and hot. Portions were a bit on the small side but other than that great experience.
E	Erin H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally would have gone somewhere else to support local, but since we were a ski group we tried making a reservation here and were told Boston Pizza never takes reservations and to show up and try our luck. We'll try our luck elsewhere in future. It can only go up from there. Staff were rude to the group I went in with, and some of us at the same table waited for over an hour to get our drink orders delivered, and then another 30 minutes to get food orders taken. Half my table left to get food at A&W since they were frustrated and hungry. Will never go back to this location.
a	angie rowsell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered supper for delivery at 530pm, we hadn’t received anything by 7pm so my husband called and the “manager” claimed the driver was on way out for delivery. At 730 we still hadn’t received any calls or food so my husband called again and she(the manager) explained to my husband that the driver had hit the ditch and didn’t know when he was going to make it. Then, the driver showed up at 750, very apologetic about how busy they were and was sorry our food was late. We asked how he was considering he had hit the ditch and he had NO IDEA what we were talking about. They discounted our meal. After we opened the bag after he left, they had forgot a pizza out of our order and the food which was 2 hours old was cold. So disappointed we were lied too and strung along and felt bad for the poor driver who had no clue what was going on. What kind of management does this.

The food flavour and taste were on point well seasoned and clean and very good flavour awesome in the kitchen. They were able to staggered the food from appetizer to Main to dessert reminder they were close at 10 and we’re still eating at 10:30. The service was on point very good spectacular. One of the best Boston pizza I’ve been to based on service and flavour of the food. This Boston pizza at the bar area was able to accommodate us after closing at 10 pm and we left around 11 pm and they were still happy to serve us I am very happy with the service will be coming back thank you.
D	Devo SR. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I stopped in for dinner the other night, place was not very busy so easy getting table. The waitress was very nice and helpful. We had the calamari to start, I had hungry carnivore he had a dill crispy chicken sandwich thing. The calamari was spot on! Have never had them so good around town. The hungry carnivore was excelent, how can you go wrong with that right. The dill chicken sandwich was absolutely great, never seen it on menu before, I will be ordering that the next time! Nice work!!

Our server McKenzie (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) was lovely. She was eager to help us with the book of ingredients when we had dietary restrictions. Her service was attentive but gave us the perfect amount of space to enjoy our time at Boston Pizza We'll be back ???
