★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on September 27th for an extremely important project. The website says an average of 5-7 business days for production. On the 5th of October I still had not even received an email with an estimated production or delivery date. After sending 2 emails I received a reply back on the 8th that it should be shipped out "early".
Today is the 14th of October (17 days since my order) and I still have not heard anything about the completion or delivery of my canvas.
I might slightly improve my review rating if the canvas turns out phenomenal, but it should not take any company this long produce...much less reply...to an order. I'm tempted to cancel my order completely after reading other reviews, as I am afraid of it turning out poorly and not being able to hear back from customer service
Review update: the canvas turned out beautifully, and was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I am still leaving it at 3 stars because customer service is fundamental to my purchasing experience. If you want a beautiful product for a decent price, but have all the time in the world to wait for it to arrive, then this is the place to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a variety of products from Canvas n decor (a metal print, two canvas prints, and two sheets of stick and peel) and everything was of high quality.
It all arrived in good time and very securely packaged. There was a bit of a mix up with my order but their team responded quickly and professionally and I received the right order soon after. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for getting our family photos mounted onto canvas frames and delivered to my door just in the nick of time. The images look fantastic. The packaging was excellent and it was wonderful to have the parcel arrive one day prior to an important family event where the canvas printed images are getting gifted to love ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many others leaving their reviews, the company doesn't meet its expected production time and then simply doesn't respond to emails or phone calls within a timely manner. I placed my order on December 5, it's now Dec 25 and it obviously didn't arrive for Christmas like I needed it to. I also never got an email saying my order had been shipped so I can only imagine how long my canvas will actually take to get to me seeing as I was unable to reach them. I suppose their phone lines are always busy with costumers complaining their orders are late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About packing: It was exceptionally packed! With good cushions so that there is no damage. I loved how it was compactly packed, yet cushioned heavily! Great work there.
About the Metal print: Very nice! It was exactly done as I had prepared the digital print on my monitor (a calibrated one). Thank you very much! That picture means a lot to me.
About the folding canvas and the peel-away print: They were what they are. It was a low-resolution WhatsApp forward, so I sort of expected how it turned out to be.
Overall: I am very happy, satisfied and will return back to you when I need the next print. Take a bow, folks!

Canvas n' Decor Canada checked all the boxes - Canadian company, affordable shipping, great print size selection, attentive (they responded to the note I added to my order prior to printing by providing an enlargement sample which ensured I was happy with the result), prompt processing, good packaging,and quick delivery. I intend to order more canvas prints from this company.
