T	Tanya Lemont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 83 year old father went to purchase 4 bags of salt when he took them to the till the cashier told him that he couldn’t buy 4 that he could only purchase 2. There was no sign at the salt that said anything other than the price of $3.99. Then another cashier came over to join the discussion saying the same thing as the other cashier. The manager came and my father tried saying the same thing to her and wanted to show her what the sign says, she told him that it doesn’t matter because she’s the boss and that there are signs all over, she then proceeds to take 2 bags out of his cart. I am absolutely appalled by the her disgusting behaviour towards not only a customer but a senior. She should NOT be in management position, she was extremely unprofessional. My family and friends will no longer step foot in this store.
A	Andy Cureye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle and I shop here quite a bit, mostly when we need to replace tools or for household repairs like our shower head for example. The staff are very helpful and are nice. We live nearby so the location is perfect for us and they have really helped us out

When I asked an employee if there was a washroom she was completely rude and unhelpful and just walked away from my family and I. I had to find it for myself. This same employee had to unlock a couple cabinets for us and was just rude and sour the whole time. Then we go to pay and my husband asks for a new item as the box was open. The staff argued before calling someone, then it took the staff member over 10 minutes to retrieve a new item. It turned out to be the same older blonde lady staff member and she came to the till and tossed the new item on the counter and walked away. I have never left a store so in shock. Disgusting customer service and just rude staff members overall. Please find a different store if you can.
M	Martin P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will try to avoid this location in future. They treat their customers like thieves just waiting for the opportunity to strike. I can understand that maybe they've had difficulty with theft in the past so they're apprehensive but the measures they take to avoid it are ridiculous. I brought a couple empty cloth shopping bags, they made me leave them at the door. When I was leaving I went back to get them so I would have something to put my shopping in and I was told I had to go through the queue before I could pick them up. So I had to go back past the exit to pick up my bags with a bunch of loose items instead of just being able to bag them at the till and walk out. While I was paying, a guy who had gone to a different register walked past with his hands full of loose items too and a clearly visible receipt. The cashier who was helping me yelled at him to stop and then personally checked his receipt herself. It's a terrible, inefficient, and unfriendly way to treat customers. I don't blame any one person, I'm sure they're all just doing their jobs, but whoever implemented this method of theft prevention needs to take a chill pill.
D	Dallas Elliott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad of a Canadian tire has most things you need and theirs usually someone lurking the isles to send you in the right direction. Parts counter are real decent at helping you find what you need or to give suggestions when your not sure what you need. If your just making a quick buy your better off to CO.e here then to hit Calgary trail it's quicker and the staff is more available to give directions and advice.
J	Jaclyn Dawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go to place. I have lived in the area for many years. I feel their policy on "large bags/backpacks", could use a little common sense. I purchased a very large Guess bag recently (not at CT). And I was asked to show the contents upon entering and leaving, twice. Regularly I wouldn't worry. But covid was a hard 2 years for all of us and I just wanted to grab a few things before work. Not feel like my fashion choices suck.

I go there to shop for my household & garden needs as well as I use this store for RO water refills. This store has not been maintaining the water station despite of charging premium price for water refills. The rinse and sanitize station does not work nor does 2 of the 3 water fill up station. Out of three stations only one is functioning presently. Its unsafe, unsanitary and the apathy to upkeep the station has been horrendous. I waited at least a month to see any changes made before writing this review. I personally wouldn't be visiting my neighborhood store anymore rather fill in at Sherwood park as the water refills are only 99 cents if you spend upwards of ten dollars there which is very welcoming. There water station is clean, organized, sanitary and all stations including rinse & sanitize operational.
