★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good sized store they have a good variety of automotive parts battery's wipers booster cables booster jumpstarters although i have tried get a noco jump starter for over five months, always out of stock. They have a good variety of bikes small medium and full sizes they have lots of boat gear life jackets skee's & skee ropes and much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked online for 2008 BMW 328i front door lock assembly. Found Doorman parts online for it which lead me to telephone Richmond BC CT store. They tell me they have one in main warehouse. I go to my local Tsawwassen Mills store, they confirm availability, and I order at counter. Next day delivery. Right part. Installed ok. Everything works. Brilliant. Thanks very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Canadian Tire for many things from auto repair to the store itself.
I have never been left in the wind my hat goes off to the entire chain of stores.
I recently bought a camp toilet on Vancouver Island.
Found out it had a leak from the pump area.
Brought it back to tawasins store.
(Hope I spelled that right)
Absolutely no problem returning it even though it was a completely different location.
Would like to compliment the girl at customer service on her efficiency and pleasantness.
Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are quite rude. Customer service center has no line up so you have to stand in cashier line up. They try and trap you in the store. I’m sorry for the girls who feel overwhelmed trying to do the job they were hired to do. Very disappointed with this location, and I love going to Canadian tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to Canadian Tire leaving with more than I came for. This store has a great selection of "As is" items with problems as simple as the packaging was ruined. This location could improve by keeping the aisles more tidy. I've been here a handful of times and noticed that I had to walk around items placed in the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store itself is okay, but I decided to give their auto service department a second chance after having a bad experience after they first opened. With the recent snowfall I found my truck was making strange noises when I was shifting into 4x4. I brought it in to them to have an oil change done and the noise looked at. After they completed the oil change and I was picking up the vehicle they decided to let me know that their red seal mechanic is not in on Mondays and that they could not look at the noise and that I would need to book in for a different day. If they had informed me this when I was dropping it off and explaining the noise to the clerk, I would have scheduled to complete both a different day. I would not recommend this location unless you want your time wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat there waiting an extra half an hour for my car because they couldn’t be bothered to tell me it was finished. Then when I looked under the hood to see what the new rattle was I found they had forgotten to reconnect the air intake. Now I have to drive 50km back to make sure they actually put my vehicle back together properly. Seems the shop needs a bit more supervision… or babysitting. Go elsewhere and just get it done right the first time.
Update: I called the customer service number provided, navigate through all the menus till finally finding a human to talk to. They addressed my concerns and said they would follow up. Then they ghosted me. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything. I went back to the store and was greeted with sarcasm and rudeness. Nothing was fixed, more time was wasted. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this Canadian tire location like the plague.
