★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location after visiting another Rona on the same day as well we're shopping around for patio furniture and wanted to see what each location had in including other stores. The service at this Rona may be the worst customer experience I have had at any large store ever. The stuff we not helpful at all told us they have a website that we should be using. We asked about a umbrella that we had seen at a other Rona Earlyer that was priced at $139 but at the other store it was marked at $89 I had asked if they could price match the other store and we found it odd that one store has the product at one price and the other at another we were told no and to go else where. We found this very weird as the Rona website also has the product marked down to $89 (this was the store manager that had told us this) which again was very odd as there was a big price match sign right behind the umbrella never less I wont be going back too this location again. I'll stick to the south Surrey store where they come and help you and have great customer service

Walked up at 7pm , entrance door was locked, exit door was still open. Got told Google is wrong and 7pm is closing time.
Let's forget about shopping local. Get your stuff were you can and when you can since supporting the local business in the big tsawwassen mall, is not what's needed. At least not by Rona tsawwassen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young manager at this Rona, Brian, verbally abuses customers and calls the police when people operate within their Constitutional Rights according to the Supreme Law of Canada, called The Canadian Constitution for Rights and Freedoms. Him and some of the staff there all gang up on people. We will not forget what they have done and expect an apology from them for the four customers whom we know of. Video proof for one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely without a doubt the best Rona to shop at in Lower Mainland. It's calm it's quiet it's clean it's well-stocked and the staff is absolutely fantastic. You never have to chase around looking for an employee they're right there to help you and everyone there is so pleasant and smiling. I will make the drive to Tsawwassen from now on to do my shopping at Rona.

First off I want to say this. There employees think they are above the law.
I've watch first hand someone who had a medical exemption for wear a mask due to breathing issues and these guys wouldn't let him grab a couple items well staying away from everyone. They physically removed him from store. Such a terrible business. I would recommend to stay away. Not only was he thrown out but verbally abused. By multiple employees. I know we live in hard times but for one you can't when ask the person the reasoning behind not wearing a mask..specially after he said he can't wear one due to medical issues. So again stay away I would give this place negative stars but there is no way todo so.
Terrible and shame on these people. Stay away and support business who respect others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, will not warranty delta faucet cartridge even though they say they are "authorized retailer" when I asked the lady why they wouldn't when they are authorized she told me to go away and that she is done with me. Went back to what she was doing and ignored me. Terrible customer service to a customer that comes in a few times a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shane one of the workers is excellent at his job. He knew more than most of the other workers. He knew there were two water coolers and everyone else said there was only one. He even got the other one down from the tip shelf to show us the other water cooler. As well He helped us put to the car with it. Very personable and friendly. Great customer service. We will return for his service expertise.
