Excellent customer service

Terrible customer service. They don't know their products at all! They were guessing. Don't go there for help.

The first time I went to this location they girl didn't seem too knowledgeable about the products but she was very kind. My second trip was MUCH less enjoyable. Not only did that stiff me know my points... and were plain EFFING rude

Under new Management now - (Lina) is so helpful - I highly recommend chatting with her as she is super knowledgeable and so friendly Best service ever - thanks again Hira, I am your loyal customer forever!

Absolutely terrible service. I went in with my mom around noon on a week day and immediately upon arriving we weren’t greeted by the worker there even though we were the only people in the store. I was excited to look around as Sally’s is new to Tsawwassen. The sales associate, who was an older lady with silver/gray short hair asked if I needed help when I was looking at hair extensions and I politely declined that i was just looking around. I was looking at nail polish and nail glue when I noticed the sales associate hovering over my mom and I. I had a nail glue in my hand that I wanted to buy and the associate let me know that OPI polish was on sale. I thanked her and continued looking at the polishes....she didn’t leave. She stood there and STARED AT ME the entire time, watching my every move. It was blatantly obvious she thought I was stealing. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable by a store employee in my entire life. It was so rude and incredibly insulting as I was dressed well, even had my hair, makeup and nails done. Ive worked in retail for years and this is NOT how you handle a situation if you think someone is stealing. I was so uncomfortable and annoyed by her rude behaviour that I put the glue back, walked out of the store and told my mom to come. The sales associate literally RAN to the door after we left and says “HI I HAVE A FAVOUR, CAN YOU OPEN YOUR BAG FOR ME. OPEN YOUR BAG FOR ME” . I was so insulted but I opened my bag anyway and let her know I didn’t steal anything and I just wanted to leave. My mom told her how terrible the service was and how insulted she was by how the associate treated me when I was clearly going to buy something from their store. She said she thought I might have stolen the hair extensions I was looking at earlier. You think I’m going to steal $200, 24” inch hair extensions, put them in my plastic shopping bag and leave your store? Are you delusional? To say the least, I’m disgusted by that lady’s “service” and I’ve never been so uncomfortable and victimized by a store employee in my entire life. Will never be returning to this store and I recommend you stay away as well unless you want to be accused of stealing nail polish by an old delusional lady. Thanks for nothing Sally’s. Get better employees that know how to treat loyal customers.

Excellent service. Their store manager is very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a good experience at their Coquitlam branch but I was very happy with the service here. The difference is like night and day. This branch is a bit far from where I live but I'm willing to go out of my way to shop here.
