They explained that it was too busy and I could come back for my shot at a set time the next day, which has now happened. Both people who dealt with me were very polite and professional.
S	S.Catherine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the other poor reviews for this Tsawwassen Mills location, there seems to be quite a few concerns for the cosmetic department however this review is not for cosmetics nor pharmacy. This past Sunday morning, at around 10:30am, my husband and I were browsing when the Store Supervisor, "Gord", was yelling from the other end of where we were in our aisle. He didn't like the way we were handling some scented bath wash products to take a whiff before purchase. We said we were taking in the scent before buying. He then yelled "WELL YOU'LL HAVE TO pick one and TAKE YOUR CHANCES!" Are u serious? Store employees can raise awareness to customers calmly and civilly at closer range/within a 6 foot distance. Never yell at shoppers. It's incredibly unprofessional. When we approached you after the fact to address your behaviour you just ran off. Your poor judgement as a store supervisor should be addressed by management. Remember, you are still employed by Shoppers Drug Mart and should be representing the brand in a professional and respectful light. **Complaint filed with Shoppers Drug Mart and case ID number obtained. Manager was notified.
R	Rachel Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Shoppers at TM as it was the only place to get the flu shot in the Lower Mainland. It was a very disorganized experience to say the least — you had to "sign in" with the front desk, despite filling out waivers online with no signage whatsoever, and there were maybe 4 people working in the entire store? The poor pharmacist was on her own, administering flu shots for a huge line up of people and trying to give people their prescriptions in between. She was clearly stressed and stretched very thin. Please hire her more help! The flu shot experience was pleasant overall, but Shoppers needs to make a bigger effort in supporting our health care workers and front line workers during this global pandemic by ensuring they have the resources they need and can do their jobs to the best of their ability.

Address is wrong in google, so if you’re trying to get there and save some time just go straight to the entrance 3 of the mall. Service was good although it was a bit busy but overall not bad for not having an appointment!

C	Chelsey Fallon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is terrible. I ordered a vaccination that qualified for public funding HOWEVER, after TWO MIS-ORDERS I had to PAY for my vaccination. It's ridiculous, they called me four times to confirm the first order, didn't get back to me for about a week and a half to tell me that they had mis-ordered it to another store, then I had to call them another week and a half later to see if it was in. Then I go in and they tell me I have pay after all of that. Absolutely ridiculous.

I made a point of getting the names: Tatiana, Kay, Angela. Wish more stores had this kind of staff!!! 100% recommend this store for everyone's pharmacy needs
