★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today June 1st 2022. I went to get my Nails. Pedicure and ombre for the first time.
The service was horrible. I showed the pic how I wanted my nails and I got something totally different. They don't understand and workers just trying to finish as soon as possible.
No patience, no details, no listen and expensive in term of results and details. No anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tye nails is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly! “Lily” is The Best ? She gives a fantastic pedicure and can carve a perfect square nail! Seems a difficult feat in all other nail salons I’ve gone to in Tsawwassen! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was decently satisfied with the experience, the salon was clean and the tech was quick which was nice.
I'm very disappointed in the quality of service though. My shellac is peeling off after less than a week on all nails. The manicure itself is just ok, the polish looks spotty and uneven and my cuticles look rough.
I won't be returning, far too much money for a week of half-decent looking nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with 5 other girls and they were able to seat us all together. The staff was super interactive and all of our nails looked amazing! They supplied us with water and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here! Got a straight forward shellac and matte top coat. I wish I remembered to get the tech’s name. Service was clean, quick and very affordable. Tons and tons of options as well. I used to think quality product and service in this industry meant you had to pay more - but I’ve been proven wrong! This salon has definitely won my loyalty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I want to say that this has been my go too place to get my nails done. Until I experienced a male employee at this location some what in experienced. As seen in the photo you can see that most of my fingers are split open from the tool he was using. Was not happy with this employer at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such great service! The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and seated our group of 6 right away for all of our pedicures! They were so fun and interactive throughout the whole appointment! Love them so much would definitely recommend them to everyone! Our pedicures all turned out great! ❤️
