★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with 2 friends. 2 of us had a great experience but one had a horrible experience. She was cut twice and they painted the wrong colour on her nails. Would have atleast expected to have a discount but the guy who did it didn't seem to be at all concerned. Very disappointing to spend $55 and get a bad pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get any waxing done ask for Jessie. I don't know who they had working in there but they took a chunk out of my daughter which means they went over the skin TWICE with hot wax. Jessie reimbursed us and apologized. In the meantime, my daughter will go back but it inspired her to look into laser hair removal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with 2 friends. My friends had a wonderful experience but I had a horrible experience. I was cut 3times and they painted horribly. And her attitude was the worst. I spent $94 for this and I am really disappointed and frustrated. Never going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done in Vancouver (shellac gel) and one nail chipped. I went in and they fixed it and didn’t charge me. So nice, they spent time to make sure the colour matched the other nails. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no point going to this salon. Every time you make an appointment with Jessie she calls to change it, either the night before or first thing in the morning. Many ladies have experienced this as well. Be aware that when you show up for your appointment you might not have one!!!!! Then she will tell you sorry there was a mistake. Can you come tomorrow or how about later today. She doesn't seem to care at all. Don’t waste your time. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful first time experience getting my nails done with acrylics. Kate was the one who did my nails and I have to say she did an amazing job! She didn’t cut me once and she was always asking me if I wanted to change anything or if I didn’t like anything. So sweet and she was fast! I definitely recommend!
