Saks OFF 5th

It's a big, bright and spacious store. Lots of gorgeous, high quality items and the staff are really bright. I was in a grumpy mood the last time I wrote a review for here, I take all of that stuff back. Cheers!

Went twice and both visits were disappointing. Gave it a 2 star cos the location is good (located at the entrance of the mall) and it’s spacious. Minus 3 stars because the selection is horrible- it’s like Saks isn’t even trying to make this Canadian outlet branch a good one. It’s not up to the Saks standard in the US. The racks here are very empty and the stuff left look very old and worn. If you’re looking for high end brand deals, you would be better off going to Nordstrom Rack in Langley or just shop on Ssense when they have a sale.

Got some nice jackets and sunglasses from here at a great price. Place appears understaffed so you might have to go to the counter and wait a bit to get any assistance.

Very tidy store with great staffs! I have been here a few times to get jackets and or runners and each time I am able to find what I wanted with a great price too!

Absolutely horrible customer service by their so called “senior manager” sherry, I called at 15:30 to ask if I can exchange and item without a receipt and the person on the phone said to come in and that they can do it. It is my fault I did not ask for the persons name, I drove from Langley to tsawassen to exchange and this sherry lady rudely starts telling me it’s the law and she’ll get fired, first of all what law? I’m asking to do a straight exchange from an item that was purchased at your store on December 17 as a Christmas gift that YOUR staff didn’t provide a gift receipt from, second of all YOUR STAFF MEMBER told me I can come in and do an exchange and third of all senior manager sherry where is your customer service!!?? Because you definitely shouldn’t be in retail and you should look for a job where you don’t have to deal with the public. Personally I have managed million dollar stores and own my own store right now so she would never be part of my team members with her disgustingly rude attitude. So sherry thank you again for wasting my time today and for not even being kind and I hope an actual senior manager of this company sees this and takes action of this staff of yours because there’s definitely room for training her before making her a manager. I will no longer be stepping foot in that store and I will make sure everyone I know won’t be either, we’re giving you business and we don’t deserve to be treated that way by your staff that have a title and think they can powertrip because at the end of the day sherry, you still are a retail worker and your main job my dear is to provide customer service so if there was 0 option on here that’s the review sherry would get. To add, she also hid her name tag with her cardigan when I asked for her name so I don’t know if it’s truly sherry so the description of this lady is short white hair-5’6-slim-Asian and she claims to be “senior management” that has no power of helping customers, a complete joke especially when we spend $800 in your store.

If your taste matches the goods, you are a lucky person to chose an appropriate shoe or eye glasses with remarkable reduced price. We bought two Ray Ban eye glasses half prices.

Such a huge disappointment every time I go now, was super excited when it 1st opened. Not sure what happened since then but horrible selection of men's products. Today was my last trip ever to this store. Same product since they opened and now prices went up on 2 yr old suits and shirts.
