Good customer service. Seems smaller and a different layout from what I'm used to. Key cutting service is located in the automotive department, rather than the front of the store. No direction signage either. Management?!!

I have not have such service in a Canadian Tire store like I did in this one. Usually you can't find an employee to save your life, we were approached by 2 different ladies offering there help!!!! I highly recommend this location!

Was given the wrong tires by accident In December for my truck. I installed them not knowing but when I went to buy the front ones noticed my back ones were wrong. I thought I was out of luck since I installed them myself. The management was amazing and exchanged the wrong tires without any hassle. They were very kind. Will do all my tire shopping here now!

Went to have a slow leak repaired on 09Oct21 and they ripped out 12 inches of steel wire out of my bead dismounting the tire. Tried to say it was pre-existing and sell me 4 new tires.. The service manager Daniel says it was "impossible" for their TCX51 tire machine to do that, so I reached out to customer service and spoke with Steve and after sending him pictures I am obliged to file a claim through the provincial court. which I have now done. I made an email request for the CCTV security footage of the mechanic bays be preserved and requesting a viewing. I spoke with Daniel again and he refused. You would think if Canadian Tire had nothing to be guilty of they would accommodate my request putting this issue to rest. Please correct me if I am wrong, It would be impossible for me to run 3 seasons on this tire in all kinds of terrain without it blowing out as it could not sustain the weight and pressure and would collapse the bead resulting in an instant flat. The damaged was caused dismounting the tire and Canadian Tire owes me reparations. They have been served....I received an email from ClaimPro saying they been assigned to determine liability and settle. I spent the better part of an hour dealing with ClaimPro's legal advice provided by the village idiots. They have been told not to contact me anymore unless it is to arrange payment. Update on 14march22....Note to anyone who wishes to sue Canadian Tire...CT had to spend a bit of $$ for a lawyer to have CT Corp removed and Mr Bauldic Investments LTD listed as the defendant. If the signage or the invoice does not show the operator you won't be hit with court costs if you refuse to remove CT as the defendant . I have to say the manager "Dan" is not the smartest tool in the place as he helped me make my case.

Great store, convenient location off of Wye. Fluid lay out, keep good amount of stock on hand. Huge selection of toys for Christmas, snow shoes, sleds, exercise equipment, bikes, and tools.

Had horrible customer service from not the actual employee but the manager. Who was aggressive, rude, condescending. The situation was there is a big section of 4/4l jugs of water all packaged as 4. I stopped a young worker and had him scan the package and he confirmed the price. I then took it to customer service to pay and the young lady at customer service said oh no she said you think it’s the price for all 4 , we have been having this issue all week. I said oh, it’s weird your management wouldn’t have fixed the issue and asked to speak to the manager. As he approached he marched up didn’t introduce himself he just said it’s not the correct price we keep them packaged so they stack better. I said well that is very misleading when I stopped another employee and had him scan it. He then told me read the sign it says 4l $1.99 my employees haven’t got them separated yet….I said sorry didn’t you just say you keep them packed that way for stacking. He then proceeded to tell me that’s the price like it or not and walks away, on his walk away he decided the mask hanging off his one ear should now be put on. The manager is less then professional I will take my business to the emerald hill Canadian tire, this guy dark haired fella definitely was on a power trip and was less then kind, what a embarrassing manager to have at such a well known store.

Very poor customer service. Was in to buy 2 sets of steps for a truck and noticed that all boxes on the shelf were damaged so asked the cashier if they offered a discount for damaged boxes. The manager came up to us without introducing himself or asking what was going on, he simply jumped to the discount where he informed us he can't even reduce the product $5 because he would lose money. (If I remember correctly his name was Mark.) He approached us in a very rude and aggressive manner which. The manager then told us to open the boxes to see if they were damaged (he nor the cashier at the front offered or were willing to help; this should be there job if the employees are not doing their job checking the products placed on the shelves.) The steps were damaged; scratched and paint chipped off but still willing to purchase them and they still refused to offer a discount on the product! The manager told us that if we didn't like the product or no discount, we can just go somewhere else; which is absolutely ridiculous customer service - I was in absolute AWE that a store manager would encourage customers to go to another location. The manager said there was others in the back (which an employee went and grabbed) and these boxes were still damaged! The manager actually told us that the other boxes in the back were more damaged then the ones on the shelves - this really makes me question how their product is treated. We were told they wouldn’t sell the products to us even slightly damaged at a small discount. This is the first Canadian Tire I have been to in the city with disrespectful management and TERRIBLE customer service. Never will I recommend anybody to this location nor will I return!
