J	Jen Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE GETTING MY CAR SERVICED! If you need any repairs done on your car DO NOT TRUST the Canadian Tire in Prescott Ontario. They are incredibly unethical. I paid over a thousand dollars to “fix” my car and then was told the repair didn’t work but I still had to pay. They had me between a rock and a hard place because until I paid I couldn’t get my car back. I would’ve been better off flushing $1000.00 down the toilet. It’s actually shocking what they think they can get away with.

DO. NOT. TRUST. THESE. PEOPLE. WITH. YOUR. CAR. My car broke down on the highway and so I was forced to bring my vehicle to this location. It was suspected my engine was blown, so they looked at it. Based on their professional advice they said it wasn’t blown and just needed an oil filter housing, spent $1300 on repairs, to have them come back and say “turns out your engine was blown afterall”. Then basically said tough luck, you’re on your own. Incompetent staff and clueless owner (Alex Joannides).

s	shirin behrouz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me 1:30 hour for a simple oil change service. This location is terrible compare to other Canadian tire branch in Brockville, they changed 4 brake pads in 1 hour.
J	James St Louis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's as accessible as any Canadian Tire with their signature small lanes. But is usually well stocked. Staff are always accessible and useful. I would like to see longer hours though to earn that last star. Often closed after 6.

I bought my son skates and we asked 2 people to help us who had no idea what they were doing and were obviously not interested in being there or helping us. We paid and left. 2 weeks ago, I purchased skates from sport check for myself. They were extremely helpful and sharpened them for me. Canadian tire didn’t offer to sharpen them and I didn’t ask. I would rather pay the $10 somewhere else to get them sharpened if it means not going back to Canadian tire.

Shopping with my grandson and we come upon 2 metal bins of ty beanie babies and squshmallows. Price is clearly marked as 6.99. Grandson finds a ty sloth with sequins on it ..the flippable ones.. and is so excited. I double check because there is no price on the units and the price says 12.99 online but shows a completely different line of ty beanies and the app says the store has none in stock. I take photos and go up to customer service. I explain it all to the cashier and she scans it and tells me that it's 12.99. I ask for the 6.99 to be honored. She says no. I ask to speak to a manager. She says that she is a manager and tells me it's 12.99. I explain it again showing that the app shows a different product and isnt in stock. She says no we dont have any. I tell according to the app they do. She says they're supposed to be in aisle 53 someone moved it. Well I don't know how they can have none AND it can live in aisle 53 but whatever. I told her she could keep it. I was not impressed at how sparky she was being. I went back to that aisle after and there were only huge bears no other stuffed animals. By the time we were done our bill was over 800.00 between a sprayer my husband wanted, toys and the garden centre. I didn't appreciate the intimation that I moved this toy or the attitude received for the whole experience. Sorry I cannot provide her name she wasn't wearing a name tag. I wonder why that might be. Hmm. I guess I will be looking for other stores to shop at. This one doesn't appreciate our patronage.
