★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "I know Canadian Superbilt Shutters are known for their window shutters but we also got our blinds made by them as well. We had our main floor done all with shutters and then had our second floor done with blinds. So, everyone in Toronto must know by now these guys know their shutters but don’t hesitate to go to them for blinds too. They show the same professionalism and level of knowledge with blinds as they do for shutters. Wish they did more than just window coverings! Although I think they do hardwood flooring too, but I have no experience using them for that. Not yet at least!.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had our shades for two years now and they are great and still working wonderfully. John was a great help and a very knowledgeable guy that knows his products. He keeps in mind your cost and your style.
Originally, we wanted to go with Hunter Douglas, which he said he would do but also recommended that it wouldn't be worth it. He said it would add nice value to million dollar mansion (which we soooo don't have) but for our living situation it's better to keep the well known name brand for another time. John explained to me the business model, marketing, etc. He also educated me on quality. So he recommended SunCorp (I think that's the company). He installed more than 1000 of this brand at Vancouver's Olympic Village and he said that not one of them had a problem. I can vouch for the brand because I noticed that my work has the same shades.... and they are about 16 years old. Not a single one had a problem. Anyhow, John had a lot of examples of why we should go with him and how his measurements, precision, and cost exceeds that of his competition. We found that he did.
Two years later, our shades and blackouts are great and have had no problems. He personally did the measurements and installed them. There is absolutely no gaps between the window and the main part of the shade (the thing that the shade rolls into?). John and his team did a great job that I recommended them to one of my best friends and he had a great experience as well and his family is also enjoying their shades.

I must add that a had a few quotes and theirs was the best, and most importantly the quote was what t
he final price was, no surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by Eric that the blinds I ordered were superior to Blinds To Go at a much better price. That was false on both counts. The blinds do not close proper (there's a bout a cm space between them when shut); and they do not block any light. Might as well have placed sheer curtains on the windows! Terrible service & quality.

Thankfully I made the right decision and gave Canadian Superbilt Shutters a chance because they really surpassed all my expectations. They helped me narrow down my curtain fabric choices to a few fabrics which were exactly what I imagined. They have an enormous selection of fabric samples throughout their store which you can browse by yourself or with the assistance of one of the interior decorators and this is only the beginning! I don't want to spoil the fun but I had a very enjoyable and exciting experience creating amazing window treatments with the help of professionals from them. They helped me make my home look a million times better and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend Canadian Superbilt Shutters to anyone looking for quality window treatment products and services in the greater Toronto area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought shutters for my house. Eric is a nice guy but, Installation was kind of amateur hour. Dap silicone does not cover all mistakes. Product is just is not high quality. As time passes shutters are warping, don't stay open and sometimes don't closed. Pretty frustrating.
