This is one of the better locations. Stock is always pretty good and the store is clean and organized. Not always easy getting help though, but that's all Home Depot locations.

Absolutely, shockingly terrible. I waited over 2 hours and 30 minutes for my order to be brought out. And the next day after ordering another order I waited 1hour and 10 minutes . . . I waited 2.5 hrs for 3 orders that came due for pickup at the same time (within 20 minutes of each other) I drove to the store and clicked the I'm here button.the first order 6 fittings, came out in 20minutes, the second order was 165 2x4's came out 45 minutes after that. And the final order which was three length of copper and a hand full of fittings took 1 hour and 30 minutes. I called in to see where the order was twice, I flagged down workers...no one helped. Cars came and went picking up their orders.... We waited almost half of the workers shift for our orders. Complete incompetence on Home Depot's part. . . . The next day I was picking up 2 more copper fittings, which their website descriptions are TERRIBLE. And I arrive at 8am. Same thing, I park and tap the "I'm here". 40 minutes later, after cars around me come and go two or three times, I call in. They "lost" my order and they had to re-pick it. 30 minutes later the guy walks out to me with ONE fitting in his hand and says they are out of stock. Also....IT WAS THE WRONG FITTING. Like how.... How can they get something soooo wrong. Like it's 100% distinguishable between the two types of fittings I needed... What a waste of time. Worst Home Depot EVER. . . . I called Home hardware 20 minutes later I asked them if they had any of those fittings in stock, they said they had a few, I drove over and within 20 minutes of the first phone call including driving time to their store I had fittings in my hand. . Fix your system Home Depot.

Their staff is awesome… They take the time to show you what you need and recommend things you might need. Had a great experience chatting with Whitney. Would definitely recommend

Great location, not so helpful staff..avoid the youth staff ? they will have you running through thst depot looking crazy and lost. Went in for something showing in stock. One guy sent me to wrong spot. Then asked 2 separate young guys for help but told they didn't have it. Finally asked for manager who cecked his pilot thingy, weng into back and brought out item I wanted.

Bought 2 electric lawn mowers here, first one died but I got refunded and the second one has been going strong. Friendly staff that want to help. The only bad experience I've had was with 1 employee, I don't know if they were a manager or not but when I was getting my lawn mower refunded they were quite rude and pushy and they seemed like they were trying to find every excuse to not be able to refund me but they couldnt do it. Beyond that, great store

Husband told me to write this on his behalf: Was at this Home Depot location today Dec 20 at 9 am. Needed some wall tiles. They didn't have the correct ones on the shelf. An associate pointed me to the direction of some people at desks who take care of the tiles. I walked over and asked for help. Not one if the 4 people looked up from their computers or whatever it was they were doing. I repeated that I needed assistance and waited. Again nobody budged. Got frustrated and then another fella heard me from another aisle as I vented out loud that I should go to another store. He came to help. And then he pointed at the people at the desk who are supposed to help in that section. Finally one girl got up to assist. I had to walk over to the tiles to show her and ask her about stock. When she finally decided to follow me, she had no idea how to find tile #21 that was on the display. The tiles are numbered so you can find them on the shelf. I watched her struggle until the light bulb went off and realized how the shelves were organized. And she said "Here's 21 right here." "Those are wrong" "but they're on the shelf. Are you sure?" "You think I didn't check before waiting half hour for someone to help? Do you have some in stock?" She disappeared and was chatting with a guy before finally coming back and in a huff shouted and pointed up high at the upper shelves. "There they are!" Wow, just wow. It took me almost hour and half to get something that should have taken no more than 10 minutes. Worst experience ever. Who are these useless people they hire?

We went to this store to buy some items that we needed for the house. This is a huge store with lots of items to choose from. Looking for the first item in our list an employee from the kitchen appliances pointed us to the right direction. He was very nice and offered help. The second item in our list we couldn't find and ended up in the paint section. We inquired from an employee who was in a cubicle what aisle number we should go to. His curt answer was "I don't know this is the paint section but I will check". He did check the computer and gave us the aisle number. I will still go back to this home improvement store not only because of the variety of choices but also because they have enough staff who can provide assistance when needed.
