This review is long overdue! Early September of last year water was backing up in my laundry tub. This was not the first time this had happened, but in the past snaking usually resolved the problem, at least for a while. Not this time!! I was informed that the drain under the laundry room floor had to be replaced. I found the quote given to me by this other plumber unacceptable. As I live in an older home I knew that the time would come for the issue to be addressed in a different/permanent way. I live in Etobicoke and like to support local businesses if possible. I found Aria Plumbing on NextDoor. Jay responded immediately and dropped by the same day. He confirmed that the issue was in the drain under the laundry room floor and that the floor had to be opened up and the drain pipe under the floor had to be replaced. He emailed me a quote the same day. I found it to be fair, compared to a few other quotes. The drain issue did come at an extremely inconvenient time for me as I had booked a trip toward the end of September. Jay scheduled the job immediately. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, workmanship, commitment, punctuality and Jay's communication. They protected the work area in the laundry room and worked cleanly, They showed me the clogged drain pipe (the job was necessary) and kept me informed throughout their work. In order to finish the project before my trip, they came to my home after a regular work day and worked way past 8.00 pm to do the pipework above the floor and reconnect the laundry tub and washing machine. I would highly recommend Jay and his company to anybody who requires plumbing work to be done.

We had an issue with our kitchen sink causing an overflow of waste into our basement bathroom. I called Aria Plumbing and spoke to Jay. Being nearby, he arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. Jay fixed our botched bathroom drain due to a poor renovation job and cleared a blockage. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our basement vanity. Jay arrived quickly and was able to resolve the issue promptly, and was also able to install the p-trap during the same visit. Highly recommended!

We needed a new waste injector pit and pump. Jay responded immediately with an inspection and quote. The price was reasonable, and we scheduled a day to do the work. They showed up on time and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They came prepared with everything they needed including cement. They were easy to work with, had a great work ethic, and the result was exactly as we had discussed. I definitely recommend them. Nice guys.

He arrived quickly in 30 min and diagnosed the problem right away. I thought I needed just snaking of the bathtub drain but I had a bigger issue that I didn’t know about which was to change the toilet pipe. He had all materials with him and did everything in under an hour. Thank you Aria Plumbing!! Good price and great professional service! I will know who to call in the future if needed again.

He replaced both sink strainers. I took awhile to post a review because I like to wait a couple weeks to ensure there are no problems that surface. The replacements have been done very well and have no issues no leaks 2 weeks later. He also included a service valve thing to allow me to snake the pipes if needed on my own to save me money in the future. I didn't even ask for it he just did it. He will be my future plumber for any other household problems I encounter.

I had a kitchen sink leak on Sunday night during a long weekend. It was challenging getting someone and I truly appreciate Jay for being available, coming over in 15min and quick troubleshooting. He was also very reasonable and recommended reasonably priced faucets for me, something which is good quality and durable and not a hit on my budget. While he was over to install the faucet, he also took the time to answer any other plumbing questions I had. Definitely recommend him.
