★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Gordon and the team @ Value Wood Floors for supporting my renovation project!
After making countless phone calls to dealers across the GTA to learn more about a specific floor I was interested in, I found Gordon. From the time I met him, I could tell how much he cared about supporting me and making sure I made a great decision with my choice of flooring. He explained to me the grade, finish, and even what I should get (engineered/solid). He also was very patient with my purchase, worked within my timelines and in my budget!
Post-install I also got Gordon to order me a touch-up kit to cover up the nail marks on the boards installed on the edges. Overall I had a great experience with Gordon and his team. I highly recommend you visit them if you're in the market for a new wood floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moreno was fast and efficient and the maple wood was beautiful. It was delivered as fast as they could during Covid, and we had 3 separate shipments, one to my house out of town and 2 in Etobicoke which we picked up. Moreno and Andrew were super helpeful and I would highly recommend them.

I would encourage anyone considering new flooring to talk to them, learn about their products and work with them for a stress-free project. They even sourced products for me that they didn't stock and still offered competitive pricing. I will definitely work with them again.

They delivered promptly the product to us and checked in to make sure we were satisfied. I would have given 5 star if there was better product knowledge on the floor. Thankfully I knew what I wanted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gordon at Value Wood Floors is a top notch specialist! Not only did Gordon work with me on design he was most informative on all the products this location provides. We purchased 2500 sq ft of PurParket white oak (Cinder) and 1000 sq ft of Grandeur vinyl floor (not pictured) along with custom stair nosings for both. Gordon kept us up to date on shipments and saved our butts when we needed a few more hundred sq feet due to our contractors miscalculation. He made every step of the process reliable and stress free. Gordon is a standup person all round! Our biggest thanks!
