R	Randall Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived on May 29th we had 3 rooms at The Canadian Princess Marina & Lodge. We stayed for two night. Very nice, clean and very quiet. Good restaurant a short walk from the lodge called The Floathouse Patio and Grill. Our grandkids went for pizza across the street. We will stay here again. Thank you again.

After repeated complaints, we were told to wait for some time so that the hot water tank fills up. We didn't see any change after waiting for an hour and had to checkout as we ran out of time. Upon complaining to the front desk, we were told that we would get a call back from the manager but no luck so far. I don't recommend this hotel as hot water is one of the basic amenities.
L	Linda Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos were greatly misrepresented of the true hotel. Clean enough. People walk right by your slider doors! Badly needs an update to be charging $270/night. Made it difficult for me to sleep. Will never book more than one night/anywhere again.

Cons: No house keeping (Covid Reasons), rooms are not clean enough, many missing or not working light bulbs, bath clogged, worst coffee machine ever seen in a hotel, the coffee itself tasted like water, especially when all restaurants and stores are closed for the holidays. Many spider webs on the wooden beams in the rooms. Overall, it was an ok 4 night stay for a dated lodge.
J	Jonathan Davey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly. Good location and cost was good. There were just a few things keeping it from being a five star for its cost point. 1) general damage. Chipped paint, and a sizeable tear in the carpet. 2) Fireplace rooms are actual wood fire places, maybe it's on me but expected gas or electric fireplaces. If it's an actual wood fireplace, I'd rather be charged a bit more extra and have wood supplied, or if you don't want wood to be burned, then it should be made clear. Other then those, was a very good experience.
M	Mike Hunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are very nice. Despite my original room not being cleaned as in beds were not made etc they quickly rectified this and moved me to another room. However It is now past midnight as I type this review and I am unable to sleep because of the paper thin walls. Despite being in a two floor suite I moved to the lower level because the guests in 125 are talking so loudly and ignorantly that I can hear every word they are saying. I have tried calling the front desk to complain but got no answer. I took a chance staying here because the price was okay but I will not be back and I cannot recommend this place. Anyone considering staying here needs to be aware of this. I will be exiting my room and sleeping in my vehicle shortly. Seriously.
D	Deirdre Dunne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds very comfortable. The room was very clean. The shower water pressure is amazing! Best I have had in a hotel. There is a mini fridge, microwave to use. We had a garden view but from our balcony we could easily see the harbour. They could use more hooks by the sink and front door for coats and bags and the fold out luggage stand. There was limited tea offered in room - only earl grey and green -tea, both which I don’t drink.
M	Mike M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a Family of 4 with a dog. this was our first trip with our dog and this place was perfect for us. the beds were comfortable and the room size was good. It had a good size fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We stayed for 3 nights. any issues we had were quickly taken care of by the friendly staff. We will go here again and will recommend it to others.
