β€œYour estimating time is 4 hours” By phone No personal service. You need to contact them by phone to set your website access. No other option, just ridiculous. How you wanna monopoly service if you aren't even able to handle it?

I just called to make sure my new address was on file. That portal was not working. I was doing this on line. Now what? I called twice by phone but both times, told to try again. It’s frustrating. I know the pandemic has slowed things down but my request is such an easy one.

Absolutely terrible. Countless hours on hold several times (not kidding) now got locked out of my CRA Account. Called Monday at 6:30 in the evening and was on hold....at around 9:15 in the evening my call was dropped saying that they now closed and to call back.....RIDICOLOUS Even giving ZERO stars would be generous. they deserve negative stars (no joke)

This is the least efficient tax bureau in the world. Do the slowest work with the best pay. Their phone is decorated and never connected. Online account is locked. Not to mention that scammers can easily steal my account. I can’t even get back my own account. I want to complain about their service on their website. The result must be in the form of a letter. And it’s so complicated that you can dispel the idea of complaining. And because my account is locked, I can’t receive the expiring aid. I called and waited for two hours. The waiter transferred my call to other departments after the call was connected. As a result, I waited for an hour. In exchange, we will call tomorrow after get off work.

Just spent over two hours trying to talk to somebody about the eligibility of a deduction. Tried using their callback service twice. The first time I received a callback within 10 to 15 minutes but the person I briefly spoke to did not know the answer to my question and put me on hold for somebody else. 45 minutes later I gave up. Tried calling again and asked for a callback again. This time it took about 15 mins. The callback is automated and still involves several minutes of waiting for an agent. A different agent answered but as soon as he heard my question, immediately wanted to put me on hold for him to find another person to answer my question! There is no option to ask for a callback on this second hold and as soon as I agreed to it a recorded message said the wait time was two to three hours. This is without a doubt THE WORST and absolutely useless and unacceptable service I have ever had with a government agency anywhere in the world.

I'll definitely give a positive review (yes, a real review). Last night I called and the automated system said "Wait times may approach 4 hours..." At around 7:45 PM. I took a chance to get my account unlocked. Around 10:18PM (I forgot I was on hold while doing dishes) I heard a faint "Hello, is anyone there? Can you hear me?" A gentleman had answered my call past his shift. We were able to unlock my account and recover/update some information. That man was friendly, answered every question, and was so professional even staying after his shift. I want to give that call rep a kudos.

Terrible service! 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time to speak to a human being to correct their error. I guess they think people don't have jobs or families to attend to and can just sit on the phone for two hours.

I do wish they would put a fluent English speaking person, I waited for an hour and a half,then the person that I had to deal with,had an extreme French accent, I'm sure it was frustrating to him as well. I wanted to request a friend English speaker to explain important things I needed to know. I'm now calling again today
