Reveive a package so always ends up here. Today left work early to race here arrived at 4:01 to be told sorry we close at 4:00 so No you can't pick anything up. But hey we're open the most inconvenient of times during the week while everyone else is normally working. Like 2 hours after you need to be at work and close 2 hours begore you get off. Why don't you just lose more time off your job to try and get here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annoying that their hours did not reflect the 1 hour lunch break that they close for between 12 and 1pm, especially because I arrived around 12:05! Went for a cup of tea and waited for them to open again rather than drive all the way home and back an hour later. Customer service was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These "professionals" (clerk and manager) refused to service me because I brought in a hand-filled declaration for sending parcels to the USA. They said the Canada Post had prohibited them from processing such declarations. This is not just a lie, it is also a lack of professionalism.
I came to another office of Canada Post (in 10 mins), sent parcels with paper declarations, then asked to show the rules in which it was written it is RECOMMENDED to use an electronic declaration, and not PROHIBITED to accept a paper declaration.
But what about people who do not have access to the Internet? Or who doesn't use a computer?
This, my friends, is DISCRIMINATION !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. I've been twice and both times the line was very long. Also I showed up at 3:40pm on Saturday (they close at 4pm), there was a lineup of 5 people and they told me to leave... They do not provide good customer service.
