A	Alaysha Hickman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited this post office and the line up was long. the older woman behind the counter wasn’t very helpful to the other customers in line and one lady who received a parcel notice on Friday ( today’s Monday) was told it’s not there and not in the system. Why??? I tried to just get a package weighed and was told I couldn’t because she wasn’t paid to help me send my own parcels. She finally weighed the item For me but told me I was taking her job from her… ??? Unbelievable totally rude and very unprofessional! I wish there was another post office in the area. No wonder the other delivery services are so busy!

I called the Pharmacy and asked them to go over to the post office section to see if anyone was even working - apparently there was no one there (even though they should be open). They’ve had my package for 3 weeks now and I cannot get a hold of anyone. (I’ve moved and no longer live in the same city). I had a friend go visit last Thursday and she said the lady at the post office counter told her they were closed (even though online said they were open) and rudely refused to help her. Apparently they have “new hours” written illegibly on a sign in sharpie. This post office is a nightmare.
K	Kubrows Signs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is an older east indian lady that works there and she has always been rude to me. today she told me my parcel was still on the truck and told me that it has not even arrived yet. even though yesterday a canada post office slip was dropped off at my door yesterday saying it would be ready today. She did not know what the date was and told me that the computer system was down after I told her what the correct date was, it's the 26th. not the 25th.

Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work for a small business that for years, has been dropping off our pre-paid parcels without issue at this outlet without waiting as I do not need a receipt for it. Now, they will not accept this and require us to wait in line so that "according to them" it can be scanned properly. Was told this quite rudely today by the lady working, with a line nearly out the door. Didn't have time to wait for an hour. Point here is there needs to be a convenient spot for anyone to drop parcels without a need to wait in line, if nothing else is required.
