D	D S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For several months I was shipping items 2-3 days a week so I was in this office often. I always received great service. I recently set up FlexDelivery so my packages are sent directly to this location and I love this free service!! It saves me a lot of hassle picking up packages that end up at a less convenient location.
J	Justin Nakatsuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I normally ship from my local small town post office, I was in Victoria and had to get some packages out so I went to the Yates St location. It seems like a lot of the negative Google reviews of this location are based on peoples' gripes about the Corporation - not of this location - which seems unfair. Of course, every experience will vary based on the day and the staff at the time. I was very fortunate to be served by a wonderful staffer who was an above-and-beyond personality. She was super patient and helpful. She made sure my Express package got onto the truck (which was outside loading to go) and assured me that the other packages would get into the system on a later truck - something I wouldn't have known because our local post office only has one pickup while the downtown office has a separate pickup for Express. Canada Post is critical to what I do for work and I am grateful when I have a really positive experience with the frontline staff.
U	User User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the rudest people I have had to deal with here in Victoria. These people should not work with the public. Rude and condescending. Misinformed on numerous occasions regarding mail forwarding. Ended up paying twice for a year service because of this and was unable to be reimbursed, not mention being talked down to at every question or inquiry. Even to send a parcel is a nightmare! Awful experiences - every time.

They don't understand why I receive mail addressed to my business either. News flash: People's appearances change after a few years, and I pay higher fees for business services. Get it together, Canada Post.

I arrived with a box, shipping lable though my parcel wasnt taped up .. they taped up my package all secure and shipped it off. I went today to return a package, nice box, return label however this time apparently they no longer tape your package.. they have "tape for sale".... I commented I've never been to a post office that didn't have any tape available, employee commented there is "new management" Giving 1 star not for the employees but for management, c'mon.... a post office that doesn't have any tape behind counter. You're a post office!
k	kylee moul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just delivered a package to my apartment. Was not for me. Tried telling this to the delivery driver, he didn't care and walked away. Ive called Canada Post, 3x, had my calls escalated, everyone has said it's not their problem. Package is 6 feet long and very heavy and I have a disability. PACKAGE IS FULLY BLOCKING MY DOOR. I'm unable to move it from in front of my doorway. I AM TRAPPED INSIDE MY APARTMENT. Cananda Post has refused to take any responsibility or send someone to come pick up the package.
