I love coming to work here every day, I'm stoked to have found such an awesome place to train and coach. The staff and owners are fantastic humans and professionals. Very clean, and there's f@$&ing towel service! Come check it out!

I was able to a year pass through Groupon, and was extremely disappointed during my first visit. It was peak summer, prior to COVID, and there wasn't any AC. The changing rooms were tiny, and it was extremely uncomfortable to do cardio. I found the staff to be very stand off-ish and the equipment wasn't as new as I expected for price.

staff are friendly, and accommodating, and the facilities are beautiful! just signed up for a membership because I wanted to support a small business that aligns with my values. Owners are intelligent and kind and non-political! will be getting my business for a long time to come , and I will be referring my friends to sign up as well!

I want to start off by saying how much I liked the people in the gym. Both those that worked there (for the most part), and the people I met. The layout is great, the boxing room is small but functional, and the atmosphere was very community oriented. I would have loved to give Studio 4 five stars, but after my experience leaving, I have to give it two. I would like to first point out in their month to month rental, there is a claim that it is has a "Flexible Freeze or Cancel Policy". This is simply not true. They say you only need to give 30 days notice, but because you are required to pay the first and last month in advance, that technically makes it a 60 days notice from when you want your membership to end. I sent an e-mail 60 days out, asking for my membership to be cancelled. When I didn't receive an e-mail back, I went in the next day and one of the (albeit new) staff confirmed no e-mail was sent back to me, and that it would be looked after. Fast forward a month, I check in to make sure everything was settled. A second employee told me the account had not been cancelled no e-mail had been sent back to me, and that I had to fill out the forms in person (which I did and returned the next day). Fast forward another month, days before I'm supposed to move. I was checking to make sure everything had been sorted, and the manager told me my account had been charged until 1 month (90 days) after I had requested my membership to be terminated. She claimed the e-mail HAD been sent, andI was supposed to fill out the form from said e-mail (that I never got). I was told that often times it ends up in people's spam folders. If that was the case (I can't check because my spam cleared it was so far in the past) then logic would dictate, instead of sending a new e-mail, a reasonably intelligent person would reply to the original cancellation e-mail, to prevent the cancellation form from being lost in the spam folder if it's such a common problem. The manager's demeanor was also short and snarky. She admitted that mistakes were made by her staff (most of which were new), but that there was absolutely no way I could be reimbursed for the last month (even though I had given 60 days notice and checked in with 3 different employees that the matter was being seen to). Look at all the other 1-2 star reviews here. They are all about the same thing, and that's the hawkish and unforgiving cancellation process. Everything about this place is great, except when you have to leave. The experience has left a sour taste in my mouth (and the mouths of many others) so I would suggest instead of Studio 4, you go to one of the following. - Island MMA - Forge - Anytime Fitness TL;DR: Studio 4's cancellation policy is about as flexible as Betty White. Make sure to give a minimum of 90 days notice so that when they don't give you the proper paperwork the first month, you can still cancel your membership the required 60 days in advance.

Amazing gym setup with great layout and tons of room. Culture there is very body positive and encouraging. Love the brick and vine design!

Nice gym, friendly staff located in the heart of downtown! Never very super crowded even during rush hour. Love all the plants in the yoga and dance room!

Such a great vibe. Brick walls. Fantastic lighting. Lots of plants. Nice equipment. Friendly community atmosphere. Been working out over 10 years been to over 50 gyms. This is easily one of, if not, the nicest gyms I’ve ever belonged to.
