Terrible customer service. One lady that has done it for me before, refused me and sent me away today. Worst post office ever.
D	Dan Stoian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed on non statutory holidays, no notice about being closed unless you waste your time getting there. I had a package sent here that I could not pick up due to work (closes at 5:30!), and now I find out it's closed all of Easter weekend until Wednesday! I get that there are holidays, but for only three days not five. So know I cannot pick up my mother's medication until Wednesday. Looking to see if I can change safe drop to another place, would rather take ten min longer to drive to a different location then deal with the poor management at Capri. Don't even get me started on the workers there, rude andand disrespect, as if they are trying to piss you off on purpose. Go somewhere else for you postal needs. I can't believe these guys still get business.
S	Sonya Looney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this post office weekly. The staff is very helpful (often trying to find ways to save you money on postage if possible) and polite. Rarely have I had to wait more than a few minutes in line. This is my post office of choice in Kelowna!

The ladies who are working are usually nice but look like they are not happy to work at this place... And I think it's because of the owner. He has been rude each time I went, but I have seen him very nice with men... Last time I went it was to print, 2 sheets in total, he acted like I was bothering him (but he was very nice with the guy after me) and made me pay more than 2 $... One of my friend (man) went to print too at this place and paid about 1 $ for way more copies ! Yes, true story ! Today I paid 1 $ for 8 sheets in other place and people are always very nice ! I will never go again to print or even for canada post
E	Eric & Marion Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reading the reviews I can see that not everyone is happy but I certainly was on my last visit. I got good service and a friendly smile. This location is sometimes very busy and that can lead to stress on both sides of the counter.

They were incredibly helpful in determining the most cost effective way to ship these gifts (multiple gifts per shipping address). They were so patient and so friendly even though I was a little frazzled. It’s a busy time of year and good customer service is often hard to come by. Very appreciative for their help and kindness.
