please start looking at the mail better a lot of times there are someone elses mail in mine or someone else gets my mail if its too hard of job for you then get someone else to do it

I had to visit this establishment three or four days a week in the winter. Definitely a pleasant experience? the staff was helpful, kind and courteous especially Cheryl, she’s a joy to be around and was very knowledgable. Helping me set up a small business savings card and pointing out my miss spellings that would’ve lost me money. I even got her a Christmas card?

Terrible customer service, terrible delivery service. Package arrived in Richmond, January 16 and remained there until Jan 21 when it arrived in Kelowna. at 8:42 am it shows, via tracking, it was out for delivery. It NEVER arrived. Jan 22, 8:58 am it showed, via tracking, that it was delivered! NO it wasnt! then it shows, via tracking, Item rescheduled next business day. Jan 23, received call from the local distribution center, saying they do not deliver over-sized packages! WHAT? then why did Canada Post accept the over-sized package if they aren't going to deliver it! The person then said they would get Purolator to deliver. NOTHING arrived on the 23rd or 24th of January. The local Canada Post distribution center is a complete joke! I have had issues with them for non delivery or late delivery at least 15 times in 2019. Same issues in 2018 and 2017! Incompetence or is it that Canada post just has the attitude, IDGAF! And if you want to complain to the local manager, there is no info on their web site! how convenient! Their chat service online is also a complete joke. Reading from a script is all you get, no help what so ever! I cant even complain to the Canada Post CEO or VPs, because there is NO contact information!

Our community mailbox got damaged by construction and we are meant to pick up our mail here? Open only week days between 11am and 2pm? So basically unable to pickup mail if we work throughout the day. I can't comment on the service because I haven't been able to come during the very limited time you are open. Maybe have people pick up their mail at a regular Canada Post office closer to our homes and not across town?

Parcels arrive into Kelowna and sit for days sometimes. Richmond seems to get everything out same day or next yet once it lands in Kelowna it will sit unless it's due that day. Forget about it being early, the attitude seems to be "it's not due why delivery it already?" There was a time when parcels would arrive a day before their due date if they made good time. This never happens anymore and the delay is always Kelowna. This isn't necessarily the sorting station but somewhere along the line in Kelowna this happens time and again and no one seems to care.

I had missed receiving my package at my house on a Friday and needed it before the weekend so I went down to Canada post on Baillie Ave. Dan was working at the front counter and was SO helpful. He took the time with a “can-do” attitude and was able to find my parcel (luckily!). I felt like I was being such a pain but Dan was so friendly and made me feel like a valued and important customer. Thanks again!!!!
