★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in the area for decades and they're great. Full disclosure: I'm not an entitled brat, so each of the very, very few times that I've asked them for a little kindness, it was something they could actually help me with because they're a depot and it saved them some trouble. Someone who pulls up in the middle of a shift, at a busy time and calls--asking to pick something up is not going to be helped because...hello? Really?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never once have they given me correct info, always delayed packages, when you go to pick something up from them they question everything about you/your package despite not all the information being useful for them. All you need to give them is the tracking number about how big the package is and your name/address and youll be fine, theyll ask for your grandmothers middle name if they rlly wanted to. Really hoping one day the post office will be helpful but for now it wont be i guess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They leave the package at the door and walk away. There is a door bell....they don't seem to be able to push the button. It even has a little light in it...pretty hard to miss.
I called and requested that they push the doorbell button when delivering a package. I guess we will see if the delivery person can figure it out...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a delivery depot only and services the Rutland, Ellison, Joe Rich to Big White area only. There is a front counter for service requests on communiry mail boxes and for picking up held mail. They do not sell stamps or other services at this location, it is only to resolve issues about delivery in the service area. Hours are 9 am to 11 am and then 1pm to 3 pm, just press the doorbell at right of door and a clerk will answer to retrieve mail or process keys. There is typically at least one supervisor on duty all day for emergency situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada post not only blatantly lied about attempting to deliver my package (Someone has been home all week, no attempt was made & no pickup slip was left) and then after the status update shows it was ready for collection, I arrived at the Hwy 33 location only to be told my package was not there.
The worst service ever if only they had some health competition to keep them honest.
